Job Title: Maintenance Technician Division: Multifamily Status: Non- Exempt JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the operational aspects of assigned properties and meeting company goals in those areas. In the Maintenance Technician role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the property's buildings and grounds. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
