Installation: Install finished assemblies or subassemblies into cases and cabinets. Hardware Attachment: Assemble and attach hardware like caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies. Intermediate Tasks: Perform tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, stamping, and color-coding parts and assemblies. Adjustments: Trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics. Testing: Perform online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. Your Profile / Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong mechanical skills and understanding of mechanical systems, ability to read and comprehend technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. Physical Demands: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy parts and prolonged standing or crouching. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. more than 25% of the time but less than 75% of the time.
