Organize and execute energy events and energy treasure hunts Collaborate closely with end-users to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies. Support tracking, analyzing and reporting the company's utility usage and cost Establish universal utility usage tracking and benchmarks for each plant to guide performance improvements. Design and deliver training programs to build employee awareness of energy management standards, operational controls, and best practices for improving energy performance in their respective areas. Lead multiple projects with a variety of teams internally and external to Charter with significant impacts to multiple areas. Assist in maintaining Charter Steel's Certified Energy Management System (EnMS) Research emerging technologies and assess the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of alternative or renewable energy solutions. Collaborate with state and federal agencies to leverage training, funding, and other resources to enhance energy efficiency efforts. Comply with all Environmental, Quality, Energy, and Safety Management System procedures and standards.
