WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE; Perform engineering projects utilizing sound design principles Works with operations team to identify and implement safety and production CI initiatives. Create work instructions and perform job hazard analyses for areas on the production floor. Participate in safety improvements for all equipment and continuous quality improvements for processes Creates layouts and process diagrams to support standardization and CI. Identify hazards by analyzing jobs and their associated tasks. Assist in ensuring the site complies with corporate process standards. This includes preparation for the annual corporate process audit and follow-up on all issues raised during the audit. Identifies potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with the development of appropriate solutions. Working in an office environment with limited exposure to the production floor where various rubber, adhesives, grease, oils, carbon black, steam and industrial manufacturing machines are used.
