John Nixon oversees all Business Development, Strategic Account Management and Marketing functions for MetaSource. He is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of revenue generating initiatives to meet the company's goals. John leads a team responsible for developing long-term relationships with new clients, reinforcing the value of MetaSource solutions with existing clients and expanding the depth of established business relationships. He is well versed in Business Process Outsourcing, Document Management and Consulting Services with more the 25 years of experience in high level positions. He holds a BS in International Business and Economics from Old Dominion University.

Randy Powell directs and oversees all financial activities of the company including financial report preparation, budgeting and forecasting, and audit and tax functions. In addition, Randy provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, human resources, accounting, budgeting and acquisition efforts of the company. Randy holds a BS in Accounting and MBA from Brigham Young University, and is both a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a CTP (Certified Treasury Professional).

Ryan Lifferth is a Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer at METASOURCE LLC and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has worked as Senior Developer at KPMG US, VP of Development & Technology at DataMaster for Appraisers, and Software Application Architect & Professional Services Manager at Navitaire an Amadeus company. Ryan works or has worked as Manager at Accenture plc. He attended University of Texas At Arlington between 2001 and 2004 and Brigham Young University (BYU) between 1994 and 1998.
