The primary responsibility of the Mixer Operator is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials around the plant efficiently and safely as well as other general labor duties. This role is crucial in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to transport raw materials, including sand, gravel, and cement, to the mixing plant. Load and unload materials from trucks and into hoppers, bins, or conveyors as required. Coordinate with the production team to supply materials according to the production schedule. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Report any malfunctions or needed repairs to the maintenance team promptly.
