Deliver Level 2 support for Windows/mac OS, iOS/Android, and core business apps; remote‑assist tools and knowledge‑base first. Manage endpoint compliance: encryption (BitLocker), patching, baselines, driver/BIOS updates, and posture enforcement. Maintain accurate asset inventory and chain‑of‑custody for devices and accessories.
