    The Team You Will Join The National Accounts Communication and Engagement Lead (CEL) serves as a communication and enrollment expert and is responsible for the end-to-end employer strategy to drive employee engagement. The Opportunity The National Accounts Communications and Engagement Lead (CEL) is a key member of the National Accounts account team, responsible for developing strategies to drive employee education, engagement, and retention through strategic analysis of customer data (eligible, participant, engagement, lapse, utilization). By creating holistic, year-round engagement strategies, the CEL contributes to MetLife's overall sales goals.     Role Value Proposition: This actuarial position will play an integral role on the Risk Solutions pricing team within Retirement Income Solutions (RIS). The successful candidate will report to the VP Risk Solutions Pricing lead and support the quantitative analysis in underwriting, pricing, and closing in alignment with MetLife's enterprise strategy. This role will lead the pricing across the Specialized Benefit Resources and Post Retirement Benefits products, focusing on pricing COLI, BOLI, and Retiree Life buyout transactions. The role will work closely with all RIS business and functional partners, including actuarial, investments, operations, legal, risk and finance. The candidate will help create value to RIS through new business pricing with their skillset to evaluate and price risk with appropriate returns. The candidate will use their leadership skillset to guide and manage a small team of actuaries.
