Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related discipline.
4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or control-related roles in financial services.
Working knowledge of key U.S. banking regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, UDAAP, Reg Z, Fair Lending).
Experience supporting compliance or operational risk within a business or first line function.
Preferred Qualifications:
Compliance or risk certification (e.g., CRCM, CAMS, CCEP).

- Scale your existing relationships onto the Full Harvest platform, working with our team to onboard and grow your current relationships with suppliers and buyers.

- Actively prospect and pursue new produce sales opportunities in Retail and Food Service sectors.
- Work with suppliers to secure contracts and programs that enhance supply for all Full Harvest Buyers.
- Build and grow Buyer relationships through leveraging our marketplace and data & insights.
- Serve as a sales leader and collaborative partner on our team, sharing market insights and leveraging our collective supply relationships to grow your produce business.
- Utilize the Full Harvest platform technology to execute deals and manage customer accounts, from sales quoting to closing.
- Develop demand and sales forecasts and take responsibility for delivering on sales targets for your buyers and prospects.
What You'll Bring
- Proven Sales Leadership: 3-10 years of experience as a produce broker, trader, or produce salesperson with a strong book of business.
- Key Account Expertise: Established relationships with Retail and/or Food Service buyers (e.g. Costco, Kroger, Walmart, etc.).
- Strong Relationships: Track record of building, maintaining and growing relationships with Retail and/or Food Service buyers and suppliers, namely decision makers.
- New Business Hunter: A successful history of prospecting and acquiring complex, new customers with a proven ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships.

**Position Overview**
The Senior Manager of Detection Operations is responsible for the daily execution of the IFCOE's Internal Fraud alert review and referral processes. Reporting to the Director of Detection Operations this role will be a 'first amongst peers' providing leadership support to Operations staff. Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Detection Operations is responsible for the daily execution of the IFCOE's Internal Fraud alert review and referral processes. Reporting to the Director of Detection Operations this role will be a 'first amongst peers' providing leadership support to Operations staff. The Senior Manager will be responsible for Identifying reviewing and escalating potential incidents of internal fraud, misconduct, or policy violations. This role conducts preliminary assessments of internal fraud alerts, business referrals, and data-driven findings to determine appropriate referral for investigation, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential handling of sensitive matters. Plays a critical role in protecting the organization's assets, reputation, and compliance posture.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze potential internal fraud incidents identified through monitoring reports and business referrals.
Conduct initial assessments to determine credibility severity and appropriate escalation and or referral paths
Prepare clear and well documented alert summaries and supporting materials for referral to investigations
Maintain accurate case records in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Identify trends, patterns, or emerging risks related to internal fraud or misconduct
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure proper handling and resolution of referred alerts

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, fitness, retail, and other revenue streams, exceeding targets.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with shared goals and a one-team mindset.
Provide ongoing support, coaching, and leadership to the team, setting clear objectives, delegating responsibilities, leveraging strengths, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Drive strong relationships with members by creating a welcoming, community-focused environment that keeps them engaged, motivated, and committed to achieving their fitness goals.
Oversee day-to-day club operations, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness standards.
Manage budgets effectively, control expenses, and maximize profitability while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of members and staff, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build relationships within the local community, representing the gym at events, and implementing outreach initiatives to attract new members.
Develop and execute member retention strategies, such as engagement programs, events, and incentives.
Promote awareness and compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant industry regulations.
Maintain a consistent 9:00 AM--7:00 PM or 10:00 AM--8:00 PM schedule, aligned to peak business hours and club needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
3-5+ years of management experience in the broader retail/hospitality/fitness industry, with a proven track record of success.
2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10+ employees in a team environment with measurable employee development and promotion outcomes.
Ability to inspire and lead teams to implement and deliver on member and team member initiatives through a strong service focus and creating and implementing a consistent and robust service culture.
Ability to create an outstanding member and team member experience with a high-performance culture through people development, innovation, and collaboration within your team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire. The company provides access to an approved training program at no cost to support this requirement. Certification must be maintained throughout employment.
Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ISSA) is required within 90 days of hire. The company provides access to a certification program at no cost. A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field may satisfy this requirement in lieu of a certification, subject to qualification and approval.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a related field.
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
Active involvement in the fitness community through professional associations or networking events.
Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands
Frequently requires cognitive ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently and within specified time frames, make timely decisions, and effectively communicate with members and team members.
Frequent keying and use of telephones, computers, printers, and other electronic devices requiring fine manipulation.
Prolonged standing, walking, and time spent on foot, supervising the club floor and interacting with members and staff.
Regular bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, and lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds; occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and agents.
Regular exposure to fitness equipment and moving mechanical parts.
Occasionally exposed to loud noise levels consistent with a fitness or gym environment.
Travel Requirement
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to attend training sessions and meetings.

2. Entrepreneurial Support
Design and manage programs that support startups and small businesses, like 1 Million Cups.
Provide technical assistance, mentorship, and access to capital resources
Partner with local incubators, accelerators, conferences like EntreFest, and universities
Track outcomes and adjust programming to meet evolving needs
3. Coworking and Entrepreneurial Space ManagementManage Co-Working and 808 member communications and community building activities and delegate to the office manager, where appropriate, for facilities requests and rentals, invoicing, and maintenance issues.
Other Responsibilities:
Business Support Innovation Council: Take lead in agenda and content development to support this quarterly meeting of industry leaders. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, public administration, urban planning, public policy, business administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of business support principles, community development strategies, and social impact measurement.
Experience in data analysis and other community and business support data tools.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences through written reports, presentations, and public speaking engagements.
