    We're on the lookout for a high-energy Senior Marketing Analyst ready to turn insights into impact. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer and marketing data to understand customer behavior, measure performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support business growth. As Metro's first Senior Marketing Analyst, this is a great opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter to build marketing analytics for the department from the ground-up. Ready to lead the charge?What You'll Do: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (digital, social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, etc.) to evaluate performance and ROI. Collaborate with Strategic Intelligence to compile data and build reports from Metro's internal and external data sources relative to Metro's products and members. Collaborate with Marketing to compile performance data from digital sources, website analytics, Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Multi Touch Attribution (MTA) and campaign results. Analyze internal and external data to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing efforts. Identify opportunities to maximize the sales and market penetration of current products, including opportunities for cross-selling and external account acquisition. Identify new products and markets, forecasts, and tracks sales trends. Access external sources including census and competitive data relating to member demographics, competition, and market factors influencing product demand and usage including market segments, products, pricing, sales, and distribution methodology. Make recommendations related to research findings, including ongoing understanding of member behavior and identification of opportunities and segments to target. Help develop A/B, incrementality, Geo Lift testing and broader test and learn initiatives to optimize marketing efforts and guide investment decisions. Utilize MMM and MTA models to help forecast incremental spend guidance using regression curves and incorporate experiment results back into the models for continuous improvement. Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop and maintain member and marketing dashboards (eg. Looker, Power BI, Excel) and reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness connecting platform data, MMM/MTA data and source of truth data. Maintain UTM standards, event definitions, validate tagging and data quality across channels alongside agency partners. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, finance) to align strategies with business objectives. Monitor customer behavior, segmentation, and engagement patterns to enhance targeting and personalization strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices. Performs additional duties, as assigned by management Skills You Should Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. Agency or in-house marketing experience is required. Proven proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics or similar. Proven experience with SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and data visualization techniques. Proven experience with CDP, CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, GrowthLoop). Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics a must. Including, but not limited to channels such as search, paid social, display, Video, CTV, SEO, AEO Solid understanding of market research methods. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and optimizations. Comfortable presenting insights to internal stakeholders with varying levels of seniority. Financial industry experience strongly preferred. Compensation Disclosure: $108,885 to $147,315The salary range listed gives a general idea of what we expect to offer. Summary Under the direction of SVP, CIO, we are seeking a IT Infrastructure and Security Engineer to support our virtualized Windows server environment and grow into broader cloud, infrastructure, and security responsibilities. You'll work closely with experienced IT professionals while you take on day-to-day server operations, monitoring, and backups. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in Windows Server/Active Directory who wants to deepen their skills in VMware, Azure, networking, and backup/DR in a regulated financial services environment. This position works closely with the Information Security, Help Desk, and Infrastructure teams to support organizational goals and ensure regulatory requirements are met. Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure consistent uptime and responsiveness. Perform routine tasks such as user and group administration, permissions, Group Policy updates, and basic troubleshooting. Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patching in accordance with security policies and change control procedures. With support from the broader IT team, manage Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365 tenant administration, and integration with on-premises infrastructure. Implement and maintain virtualization platforms, primarily VMware and/or Hyper-V. Ensure proper configuration and operation of backup and disaster recovery systems (e.g., Zerto, Azure Backup). Support the onboarding, lifecycle, and decommissioning of servers, virtual machines, and services. In collaboration with the rest of the IT team, implement and support on-prem based business applications (e.g., Velocity, LoanDirector etc.) Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and diagrams in accordance with IT standards. Participate in audits, security reviews, and compliance assessments as needed (e.g., NCUA, DoB, Internal Audit). Collaborate with IT peers to enhance automation, standardization, and performance tuning across systems, including cross-training with other IT areas for redundancy. Design, deploy, and support cloud-based (Microsoft Azure) workloads as needed. Work closely with the IT Security Analyst to support growing infosec initiatives. Other Duties Provide support to the Help Desk and end-users for system-related issues. Assist in business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing efforts. Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and on-call rotation as needed. Research and evaluate new technologies for system improvements or upgrades. Assist in IT project planning, coordination, and implementation. Support vendor relationships and service-level agreements related to infrastructure tools and platforms. Perform hardware lifecycle tasks such as imaging, decommissioning, and asset tracking. Stay current on industry best practices, security trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to credit union operations. Act as vendor owner for in scope 3rd party relationships, including ownership of those vendor management processes and reviews. Provides service to our membership communities by actively volunteering time to local civic and charitable organizations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Experience, and Education High School diploma or GED. Associate's degree in technology or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Previous banking experience with Fiserv DNA and/or COCC Insight core is preferred. Demonstrated experience in hardware/software installation and support Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing 3-5 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory (user/group administration, permissions, Group Policy basics). Certifications related to core IT foundation (Network+, Security+), Windows system management preferred but not required. Working knowledge of virtualization concepts and cloud technologies (Azure) Computer and Equipment Skills Foundational computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications. Use of Outlook email and calendaring. Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and/or other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain databases. Use of online teleconferencing software (e.g., Zoom or Teams).
