I work for "Metro Realty" (wasn't an option above). The CEO, my boss is a genuinely nice person and looks out for the interest of his employees. He is also a very smart man and has taught me a lot.
The CEO's wife, the property manager, makes working here unbearable. She is also the one that writes checks for when a sale closes and she only does this once a month. So if a $100,000 check is supposed to be cut the day after she writes checks we have to wait an entire month for this, There are other things she does that also bother all the agents that work here.
Working as an agent there is no limit to the amount of money I can earn and because Metro lets me perform commercial, residential and investment real estate there is no limit to the type of real estate I can work with.
