Key Responsibilities:
Perform calibrations following written calibration procedures.
Accurately complete calibration paperwork, including work orders and logbooks in accordance with existing company policies, procedures, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, health, and safety requirements.

Requirements
BS in Engineering, Science or equivalent technical degree.
2-5 years experience with calibration and metrology in a GMP environment.
BMRAM or other calibration software experience preferred.
Solid understanding of GMP regulations and industry standards.

* Perform calibrations of inspection, measurement, and test equipment based on detailed calibration work instructions.
* Record results in a Computerized Maintenance Management or Calibration Data Management System.
* Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective actions such as adjustments, component replacement, and applying correction factors.
* Troubleshoot equipment to ensure reliability and performance, including adjusting, repairing, and replacing components like sensors, cables, connectors, control boards.
* Monitor PLC or HMI program logic during certifications or troubleshooting to understand deviations from proper operation.
* Use and maintain primary, secondary, and/or working calibration standards.
* Ensure work order documentation is completed accurately and comprehensively.

This role is based in a clean, climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility that includes office space, labs, and manufacturing areas. Flexibility around working hours is offered, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week. Core working days may vary, including options for Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules. Shift options include: Second shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM), with flexibility for start and end times. Priority Placement Program (PPP) DoD Military Spouse Preference (MSP): In order to receive this preference, you must choose to apply using the "Priority Placement Program, DoD Military Spouse Preference (MSP)" eligibility. If you are claiming MSP and are determined to be among the Best Qualified for the position, you may be referred to the hiring manager as a priority applicant. If you are claiming RGP and are determined to be Well Qualified (score of 85 or above) for the position, you will be referred to the hiring manager as a priority applicant. To be eligible as a RGP, you must submit the following supporting documents with your application package: a signed Retained Grade PPP Self-Certification Checklist (DD3145-1 (whs.mil)); a copy of your Notification of Personnel Action (SF-50) effecting the placement in retained grade status; or a copy of the notification letter you received regarding the RIF or classification downgrade.
