Pros of working at MetroPlus

If you work hybrid and used your vacation/ PTO in the middle of the week then you owed the company your office day and mandatory you have to do it if not you going to get harass on your email and personal cellphone. You can't be sick on the office days even if you have a doctor's note you still owed them those days

Cons of working at MetroPlus

Depending on your manager it can enjoyable or unprofessional and unpleasant. They bend the rules and HR doesn't care.

I prepared for an interview a long time at Metroplus and it was in person back then

In my experience the compensation it's okay. They put you more work and duties outside of your field

For the representation of diverse demographic I do not have a comment

Personally, only getting paid and helping others that doesn't received the attention and care that they need.

Pros of working at MetroPlus

Relaxed environment and very diverse. 9 to 5 and work stays at work.

Cons of working at MetroPlus

Disorganized - no incentives to work. Low moral and limited growth. No bonuses and minimal raises.
