Job Description The Remote Kitchen Cabinet Estimator & Client Support Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for cabinetry and millwork projects while serving as a primary point of contact for clients placing and managing orders. This role blends technical estimating tasks with strong customer communication to ensure a smooth and professional ordering experience from initial quote through signed order. Key Responsibilities Estimating & Technical Tasks Review drawings, specifications, and client requests to determine project scope and pricing details. Perform accurate take-offs for materials and using company tools. Work with vendors and internal teams to gather pricing for specialty components. Prepare and deliver detailed estimates, quotes, and proposal documents. Client Order Coordination Communicate directly with customers to understand project needs and timelines. Guide clients through order placement, required documents, product selections, and approvals. Processing orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, materials, and configurations. Review final purchase information for completeness and resolve any discrepancies. Support Sales and Project Managers during handoff for production. Provide timely status updates and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the process. Qualifications Strong background in the cabinetry industry. Experience in estimating within cabinetry, millwork, construction, or manufacturing preferred. Strong understanding of construction documents, architectural drawings, and takeoff tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
