Job Summary:
The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of new construction, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects from design and planning through procurement and preconstruction to project delivery. As the owner's representative, the position coordinates all phases of construction, manages schedules and budgets, and ensures safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. The Senior Construction Manager collaborates with internal departments, consultants, and external partners to support MDHA's mission.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Project Management
Lead all phases of assigned projects, including design coordination, bidding, construction, and close-out.
Collaborate with staff and consultants to conduct feasibility analyses for potential development activities.
Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, project budgets, and schedules in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, internal departments, owner's representatives, and permitting authorities.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve project issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
Manage all construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, punch lists, and close-out materials.
Design & Procurement
Oversee design development and conduct technical reviews at key milestones to ensure constructability and alignment with Agency and other relevant standards.
Identify and implement solutions to improve construction efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with staff to prepare and issue RFPs, RFQs, and bid packages, support procurement and vendor selection processes.
Facilitate pre-construction meetings and contractor onboarding.
Assist in administering contracts with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and applicable regulations
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, such as HUD standards, accessibility, and environmental reviews.
Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and compliance staff to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Reporting and Coordination
Provide regular progress updates to internal leadership, funders, and other stakeholders.
Participate in community engagement processes, including public meetings and coordination with residents or neighborhood groups.
Support the development and implementation of long-range community and capital plans.
Maintain organized project records and documentation to support audits, inspections, and funding requirements.
Conduct post-construction evaluations to assess project performance and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Compensation:
Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.
The hourly compensation range for this role is listed below dependent on licensure:
In-Person Rates:
$110-$118/hour for master's level license.
$118-$123/hour for doctoral level license.
Virtual Rates:
$107-$115/hour for master's level license.
$115-$120/hour for doctoral level license.

So, what do we want from you?
We're looking for best eCommerce Retention Strategist out there, with strong proven results across Klaviyo EMS system knowing flow automation, popups, etc. Extra bonus points if you also have SMS experience with Klaviyo or Postscript.
And for those emails, you'll need to be able to guarantee we keep in alignment with our brands voice, tone, and branding while also having copy Eugene Schwartz would be proud of!
First and foremost, you'll be a Highly Analytical & Data-Driven Thinker with Extreme Attention to Detail, able to identify bottlenecks in campaigns/accounts, troubleshoot and execute solutions that drive results to exceed our KPIs.
You'll have a strong track record of proven results and experience in managing
several brands email campaigns, flows, split testing, and worked with lists as big as 100,000+.
You'll be an open communicator. We are a team of very open people, we are direct through the good and the bad but we understand that speaking your mind requires equal parts brains (what to say), thoughtfulness (when to say it) and caring (how it's said). As the Retention Strategist (Klaviyo eCommerce Specialist) , you will be accountable for the following:
Strategization, setup, optimization and email flows, campaigns, and ongoing management.
Daily data analysis of campaigns and flows identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance of campaigns and maximize revenue
Site popup and email split-tests and optimization to ensure we are getting the best return possible out of every send.
Ad Copy that would leave Eugene Schwartz high-fiving you
Technical setup of tracking scripts and conversion event codes
Setup, management and optimization of the email/SMS experience.
A list cleaning master
Collaborate with internal Senior eComm Strategists and support team on cross-channel campaign co-ordination and performance reporting
Liaise with clients and provide detailed reports and ongoing performance improvement plans for each month and quarter
Always staying up to date with the latest changes on the platform, to the benefit of both our clients and the wider Right Hook team - we're all about ELEVATING ONE AND OTHER.

Requirements
1-2+ years of eCommerce Email experience
1 - 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
Proven track record of exceptional Email campaigns and flow results managing 100,000 lists.
Strong design and copywriting ability. We need emails to be on brand. You won't be designing it but need that eye and ability to communicate it.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent Productivity and Prioritization skills
Elite communication skills - both written and verbal
