Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of assembly operations for preparation and installation of engines, hydraulic units & power units on power equipment and self-propelled equipment.
Operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including gas, propane, diesel or electric forklift trucks; bridge cranes; or any other form of handling material, either raw or finished products.
Perform all necessary functions to set-up & operate a hydraulic press used for various assembly functions. Duties involve a normal range of hand assembly operations prior to press operations.
Perform assembly, adjusting, and finishing operations on a wide variety of parts, gearboxes, sub-assemblies and assemblies. This function may include sub-assemblies or finished products of a more complex nature, at any station or production line.
Assist in the development of assembly practices and procedures.
Perform all duties related to the proper testing of assembled products and make adjustments, as required. Tag equipment for disposition or rework.
Perform a variety of assembly operations associated with installation of cutter heads, gearboxes, wheel ends, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, and air conditioning, etc., and any other duties prescribed by build sheets or prints.
Use dial indicators and other checking devices to adhere to mfg. tolerances. Work from drawings, wiring diagrams, shop orders, specifications & verbal instructions. Responsible for inspection of parts, SPC, TPM, teamwork, accuracy, inventory control duties as required, total quality, employee involvement, kaizen, and training new operators.
Other duties as assigned.
Overtime may be required in addition to occasional Saturday operations.

Position Purpose:
Senior Electrical Project Engineer Commissioning - Performs & plans commissioning of electrical systems. Must be a self-motivated & energetic professional. JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Specialist is the leader of environmental, health, and safety programs at the POET bioprocessing facility. This role works with other members of the local leadership team and the EH&S members to ensure a culture that prioritizes environment, health, and safety. The EH&S Specialist is the primary interface with government agencies and the local expert on environmental compliance and safety-related matters. They are responsible for leading the implementation of POET environmental and safety management systems, including audits and inspection, incident investigations, report generation and analysis, and behavior observations. They also lead trainings and are responsible for safeguarding critical records and training documentation for the Environmental Health and Safety Program. The EH&S Specialist must also be ready to assist our Design & Construction business partners in monitoring contractor safety performance on projects at the facility.

Champion Safety and Environmental at the facility, utilizing influential leadership skills to drive and improve the facility culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance.
Function as the primary liaison between your bioprocessing facility and government agencies.
Serve as the local expert resource for environmental compliance issues, including a thorough understanding of the facility's environmental permits, hazardous waste management, stormwater, RMP, SPCC, and other applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate shall possess theoretical and practical knowledge in the commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and related controls. Candidate will be responsible for reviewing project information; executing daily field activities; maintaining project documentation; assisting the Senior Project Engineer; and providing guidance to associate project engineers. This role requires the candidate to have technical competency, organizational skills and is expected to work well in a team environment.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Commission electrical distribution equipment and related controls, primarily in data center environments, including medium voltage systems.
Review system designs for compliance with client facility goals.
Assist with preparing plans and procedures for execution of the commissioning process.
Conduct commissioning activities from the design phase through the occupation phase, in accordance with client requirements and industry commissioning process best practices.
Attend factory testing of equipment and document procedures and results.
Conduct functional testing of equipment and measure results using test instrumentation.
Fully document all field procedures including results, issues and observations either via company provided templates or online applications.
Report on system performance and make technical recommendations on issues.
Work with project teams to coordinate and execute field activities.
Review and provide input on commissioning project documentation and schedules.
Assist with submitting and maintaining daily commissioning reports.
Assist in the training of Associate Project Engineers.
Respond to project team and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Comply with company, client, and project safety requirements.

Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with 2 or more years with mission critical project experience, or relevant and applicable industry experience.
OR
Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in commissioning with mission critical project experience, or relevant and applicable industry experience.
Experience in Mission Critical facility commissioning essential.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, problem solver.
Good communication and relationship skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with limited supervision.
Knowledge & experience with ASHRAE or BCxA commissioning guidelines preferred.
Knowledge & experience with InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) test specifications.
Distributed control system experience a plus.
Reasonable understanding of building management systems (BMS) and/or electrical power monitoring system (EPMS).
Deep understanding and application of test instrumentation.
Team player and a “client-first” mentality.
Required Certification/Licenses/Training:
Professional Engineers (PE) License and/or a commissioning certification a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day.
Carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to wear required PPE daily.

Job Summary
MOR PPM Inc. is seeking qualified outage Pipe Welders located in Sutherland, Nebraska.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* The pipe welder will perform welding, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs and maintenance of piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water fixtures and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling and industrial production and processing systems.
* Must read and understand plans and specifications, including diagrams, prints, orthographic and isometric drawings. Visualize two dimensional drawings in three dimensions.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years experience pipe welding.
* Welder tests consisting of various diameters of pipe, in the 6-G Position, welded and tested in accordance with the latest edition of the ASME Section IX Code. Basic test requirements are: singleside beveled pipe sections, with open butt root pass (typically Gas Tungsten Arc Welding {GTAW}Process), and filled and capped (typically SMAW Process) to completion.
OSHA Requirements:
All craft are required to have OSHA 10 prior to arriving on site.
Per Diem:
$178/paid 7 days (except 1st and last week of work - paid days worked). Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles using shortest distance calculation. No PD will be paid on days missed.
Per Diem must be verified and we must retain records for audit. Need 2 items (1 from each list below) and must be dated within 60-90 days of start date.

* Utility bill for water, gas, electricity, cable or land line at least 30 days old but no more than 3 months
* Major credit card bill at least 30-days old but no more than 3 months (I suggest we black out account number if someone provides that)

$400 in and out for those with permanent address greater than 200 miles. Must get ROF/RIF for travel out
Completion Bonus (outage only):
$3.00/ST and 4.50/OT to base rate. Must meet safety, attendance, and compliance site rules and finish assignment with Lay Off.
Physical Demands
