About the PinDream:The role of a Sales Coordinator is truly the Backbone of the Sales Team and is the link between the Sales Office and the Operations Teams.Every venue is unique with its layout, offering a great platform to host, on average, 2,000 events per year with group sizes varying from 20 up to 1,500.Our sales team has experience in coordinating corporate gatherings, happy hours, birthdays, weddings, and a medley of other social events!As we look toward 2023 we are opening 6 new locations; 2 in California, 3 in Florida, and 1 in New Jersey. We are hiring and building up our teams so we are in a position to springboard and offer relocation to key team members to help lead these new venues.

Requirements: SALES COORDINATION PERFORMANCEObtaining BEO Details within Appropriate Time FrameEnsure that BEOs are detailed by their deadline BEO Details with Correct Execution InformationEnsure BEOs make sense operationally Apply room capacities, floor plans, etc.BEO Details with Correct Financial InformationApply room minimums, financial charges, etc.Maintain Direct Billing clients, and ensure timely payment Event ExecutionServes as the main point of contact on designated high volume days Manages assigned events on all aspects including event set up, lead the event huddle, greet the guest, and run point on execution Ability to run and execute multiple events at the same time Has the ability to assist in any capacity with event and catering execution Ensure all guest concerns are fully addressed Execution of Event and Catering SOPsEnsure that all events are greeted by a member of the sales team Actively spot check FOH and BOH execution Check room set ups, food presentation, service timing Follow up with team members as necessary Balancing Event FinancialsEnsure all event financials are correctly balanced daily/weekly Review/balance Amount Due report weekly Review Tentative report for location KNOWLEDGEExhibits Knowledge of Event Packages and Catering OptionsEnsure that explanations and descriptions are accurate Understand the various packages and options Exhibits Knowledge of Venue Capacities and SpaceKnowledge on utilizing SpaceExhibits Knowledge of Sales and ReportingUnderstand the Reports from DOSTIME MANAGEMENTAbility to work Effectively and Manage TimeAbility to work in a high-volume venue Ability to communicate to team members in a timely fashion Ability to communicate to guests in a timely fashion GUEST RELATIONSGuest Engagement Before, during, and after the Booking ProcessHave positive engagements with your guests Maintain a guest-centered focus Positively interact with guests to retain loyalty Communicate with DOS regarding VIP Guests as necessary TEAMWORKMaintain positive interactions with sales team members and other departments Exhibit team player attitude Willingness to assist when necessary Communicates effectively with other team members Participates in weekly sales team meetings Relationship with Venue LeadersWork seamlessly with FOH and BOH TeamsToolsEffectively and consistently using the provided tools to perform their responsibilities IMAGEFollows the image grooming guidelines that are outlined in the SOP ManualFollows the image attire guidelines that are outlined in the SOP Manual
