Completion of a two year Associates Degree or vocational degree,

Ability to exercise tact, decorum, comprehension, good judgment, persuasiveness, and diplomacy with internal and external customers, to become familiar with policies, procedures and applications of connector products.
Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to details.
