Assistant Warehouse Manager duties include but are not limited to:
Report safety issues or concerns immediately to management.

The Opportunity
As a Tire Service Advisor, you will work for Dealer Tire inside a premium OEM dealership. If you are an innovative individual who performs with excellence, energy, fairness, and accountability, then consider a future with Dealer Tire.
Responsibilities
Selling tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals.
Inspecting customers' cars on the service drive.
Diagnosing tire-related problems, recommending service, and quoting prices.
Assuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
Maintaining strong, effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel.
Overseeing customer satisfaction and solving problems that arise.
Completing monthly market analyses.

Assistant Warehouse Manager duties include but are not limited to:
Report safety issues or concerns immediately to management.
Report improperly functioning equipment to maintenance and tag out equipment
Unload trucks and distribute products to an appropriate area of warehouse for restocking
Use scanners to place parts in proper bins and pull orders
Stock parts on racks in proper location
Pull orders from warehouse stock and distribute parts according to end destination
Assist in counting and reconciliating physical inventory
Move products manually and with the assistance of other mechanical means
Be familiar with Company/Human Resources Policies and enforce them consistently
Report on absence of employees via computer
Manage all operational duties within the warehouse, including receiving, shipping, and warehousing
Able to initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse
Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment
Maintaining warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
All other duties as assigned

Job Purpose:
The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for receiving and stocking Automotive parts. The ideal candidate should be able to move and think quickly, able to bend at the waist and knees and climb the short ladder in order to reach top shelves.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Receive and stock automotive parts efficiently.
Quickly read and determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed based on customer's order, shipping order, or requisition.
Transport materials from receiving areas to designated storage or other areas.
Sort and organize materials based on predetermined criteria such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Assemble customer orders and place them on pallets, shelves, or convey them to packing or shipping departments.
Mark materials with identifying information and open containers.
Record received or distributed amounts of materials or items.
Weigh or count items to ensure compliance with company standards.
Utilize computer for record-keeping.
Prepare parcels for mailing and shipment via common carrier.
Requirements:
High school Diploma
Attention to detail
0 to 3 years working in a warehouse
Good to above-average computer skills
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures preferred
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be required
Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen

The Opportunity
As a Tire Service Advisor, you will work for Dealer Tire inside a premium OEM dealership. If you are an innovative individual who performs with excellence, energy, fairness, and accountability, then consider a future with Dealer Tire.
Responsibilities
Selling tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals.
Inspecting customers' cars on the service drive.
Diagnosing tire-related problems, recommending service, and quoting prices.
Assuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
Maintaining strong, effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel.
Overseeing customer satisfaction and solving problems that arise.
Completing monthly market analyses.
Assisting in store operations (i.e. maintaining inventory, opening/closing the store, etc.).
Assisting dealership technicians to ensure service levels are maintained.
Qualifications
2+ years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire and service environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire's Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
Proficient computer skills to include experience with MS Office and online order management applications.
Physical Job Requirements
This position requires applicants to be able to be on their feet 7-8 hours a day. Must be able to keep up with service drive traffic and inspect 80-100 vehicles a day. Applicants also must be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
