What you will be doing Promptly clear and reset used tables. Remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays. Take soiled linen to designated area and/or Housekeeping Department for laundering. Stock and maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift. Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby, and keep it replenished, as needed. Keep area picked up and clear. Promptly assist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders. Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.

The Controller administers all financial activities of the hotel; implements and monitors effective controls and procedures, prepares accurate and prompt reports and analysis, and provides advice and input on financial decisions impacting the hotel. What you will be doing Use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain dish machine. Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack. Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate catering sales and repeat business Respond promptly to inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, conduct site visits, and guide clients through the sales and planning process Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction Maximize revenue through effective contract negotiation, upselling, and strategic planning Manage event details from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, including BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), timelines, and billing Maintain accurate records in the sales CRM and prepare regular forecasting and activity reports Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and local industry functions to drive brand awareness and business opportunities Ensure all events align with brand standards and service expectations Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with other projects as needed

What you will be doing Prepare food items for the breakfast and lunch menus and produce a quality product that is presentable and satisfying to the guests. Complete inventory checklist of pantry cooler, pantry desserts, shelves and any other item that may be necessary to complete the job. Requisition food items according to food production charts. Fill out amounts prepped, sold and left over. Communicate with the Executive Chef to find out the specials for the day, any special instructions, forecasts, reservations, etc. Prepare all luncheon and dessert items according to recipes and specs.
