Tranzact offers exclusivity to everyone and opportunities within the organization for growth and career advancement.
The workload can be a lot.
The team!
They communicate openly and keep everyone informed on changes and updates.
I will implement organizational initiatives across the board to ensure everyone has a nice work-life balance.
I did research on the industry and more in-depth research on the company's culture and values.
It's competitive with the current industry.
TZ goes above and beyond to have diversity and you can see that in the people that they hire. Everyone has equal opportunity.
Hybrid schedule.
The company culture is the best part. Everyone is great to be around and also really driven and good at their respective jobs.
The hybrid work schedule is a perfect balance of work from home and getting out of the house.
It's hard to find one as I really enjoy working here. If I had to pick one, I would say that some teams tend to be disconnected from others and out of the loop from certain workflow processes.
I like how open they are about the overall performance of the company. I also feel that they are very approachable and I would be comfortable speaking with any of them if that was something that was needed.
I think the culture is great, however again I think that some teams tend to be isolated a bit more and it would be good to integrate a little bit more so that everyone has a better understanding of how other individual roles relate to one another.
I did some research on the company and insurance marketplace but overall I just tried to be myself and advocate for what I could bring to the table.
Compensation and benefits package is on par with industry average.
Good amount of diversity and I feel that TZ is one of the most open and accepting workplaces. Very progressive.
I enjoy my day to day tasks but I also enjoy the people I work with.
The culture is fantastic, and I appreciate their commitment to diversity and inclusion. The principles really mean something here. Leaders really care about the people and the work, making Tranzact incredibly open and collaborative.
The bulk of or problems are what happen when you work with other people in a heavily regulated industry. People often change their approach with feedback. The only serious complaint I have is that our Legal team seems to ignore Tranzact's principles, and is often dismissive to the point of rudeness.
Honest answers, no buzz words. Willing to say, "I don't know, let's find out." I have never had leadership put their foot down and ask for something stupid.
Acting faster when people aren't living our principles.
Going in cold.
The compensation is about average.
Tranzact's commitment to representation is commendable.
Tranzact lets me do my job and leverage my expertise without handcuffing me to an metrics or standards. I feel great that Tranzact trusts my input and values my contributions.
Great opportunity to grow as a leader and as an individual
Salaries are not competitive, 401k is not great and it was actually made worse in 2024 because they started holding all 401k matches until the end of the year which means you cannot invest during the year
Didnt need much preparation, process was quick and effective
Leaders are incredible and make this company worth working for
We are top tier in this category
Very low. I am coming into a role that is a good bit below the industry minimum
Collaboration and cooperation
Opportunity for growth and development, "Be Real" culture
Sometimes I think we try to move TOO fast do not always prioritize our items, and try to do everything rather than most impactful
STI program and office lunches/ snacks
They are very transparent and direct
researching the company, looking up who I was interviewing with on LinkedIn, and preparing some responses to common interview questions (tell me about your experience, tell me about a time you resolved conflict, etc.)
I'm not aware of the industry average, but I feel I am fairly compensated at the moment
At an executive level there is not as much diversity, but downstream I do feel we have a diverse workplace
Mastering a new skill/task, seeing my peers do well in a meeting/project
Great people who are smart and have good personalities.
Compensation and benefits are not competitive.
Being able to express yourself fully and genuinely.
Andy is a very smart guy and give helpful, detailed feedback. He is also very honest in a way that helps everyone.
I think Tranzact's culture is beginning to be overtaken by workaholic behaviors which tend to be rewarded and sometimes expected.
Be ready to come with your interesting and unique personality along with critical thinking and analytical skills.
The compensation is below industry average especially when factoring in the bad benefits, specifically health.
Tranzact is not very diverse but minorities including women are somewhat represented.
I enjoy the unique personalities of my coworkers along with the ability to be myself.
Pros include working with incredibly smart, creative, funny and flexible people, as TZ hires colleagues who can fit well with our BE REAL culture.
Fast-paced schedule of seasonal sales requirements leaves less time each year for personal development and innovation. The company is working hard to carve out more intentional space for innovation and growth, however, while we still must perform given our industry timelines.
8 weeks parental leave
The President, COO and leadership team are straightforward and are genuinely interested in connecting with colleagues at all levels across the organization. They are also supportive of any and all innovation ideas.
Broaden our headcount for more effective channel management given the breadth of work each colleague must undertake. We should also continue our shift into wider cross-channel and cross-vertical collaboration.
I studied the technical aspects of my initial position and familiarized myself with the company goals, leadership and broader competitive marketplace.
I'm not entirely sure, but I believe I'm paid roughly alongside or just below industry averages for my role.
People of all demographics are welcomed and championed at TZ. Your results and your positive attitude matter at TZ much more than any demographic you happen to have been born into or have chosen for your personal private life.
Enjoying time with my colleagues on office days and during company celebrations like the summer party and the annual holiday party.
Everyone is smart and hardworking, and I have real friends here. I enjoy my coworkers and can trust them to get the work done. Leadership is open to input and they're good people who care about the people who work here, not just the bottom line.
Every season can be busy season. It keeps things from ever getting boring, but it requires a very strong work ethic to keep up.
Hybrid work model - I love being able to work from home three days a week. I also love our bonus structure - it's fair and substantial.
They care about the people as individuals and are good people. They're smart and open to suggestions.
Fewer meetings
Research the company, understand performance marketing, be yourself, and be up to date on marketing trends.
In my experience, my comp has been on the lower end of the industry average, but not below. Once I brought this to the attention of my manager, though, efforts were made to rectify the situation. And the bonus is part of the total comp which brings the total compensation to in line with industry averages.
Across the organization we have a lot of diversity in race, gender, and religion. I don't think every office is as diverse as some, but on the whole it's very diverse. The leadership team has a lot of women as well.
I love the people I work with so much. They're the reason I enjoy the work that I do.
