Additional Responsibilities:
Meets and greets prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner.
Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for the new residents.
Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files. Accurately enters rental data into the computer.
Prepares leases for and oversees the signing of leases by new residents.
Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensures property's paperwork is organized and complete.
Interacts with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.

Functional Purpose

4. Serves as a subject matter expert and technical advisor in matters relating to the proper collection, preservation, packaging, and submission of digital and multimedia evidence; participates in crime scene evidence collection activities in major field investigations; ensures evidence handling requirements are met.
5. Performs ongoing evaluation and validation of laboratory instrumentation and methods, operating protocols, and safety practices under supervision; maintains awareness of safety procedures and identifies possible physical conditions and/or laboratory procedures that may create unsafe conditions.
6. Delivers training in laboratory services, evidence collection, crime scene processing and field examination.
7. Conducts studies and research for improving forensic analyses, scientific methods, and resolving forensic examination problems.
8. Acts as liaison with postal management and federal, state, and local organizations on technical developments, forensic methods, and investigative problems of common interest.

Requirements
1. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in order to prepare reports of examination results and conclusions, and provide testimony as an expert witness before state, federal or other judicial bodies.

3. Knowledge of evidence collection, preservation, packaging and shipment procedures sufficient to serve as a technical advisor in such matters and to ensure evidence handling requirements are met.

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
Manage front desk operations, ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide basic information to clients, visitors, and callers about the company.
Maintain visitor logs.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, badging system and copying.
Maintain uniform inventory and coordinate uniform logistics and point of contact.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front office operations.
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities when needed.
Complete Form I-9 and verify employment eligibility documentation for new hires.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to occasionally lift or carry office supplies or equipment up to 20 lbs.
Must be able to communicate clearly via phone, video conferencing, and in-person.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role (security industry preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, multitasking abilities and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Florida and other state licensing requirements for security officers a plus.
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS/ATS platform.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, printers, copiers, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in HR or related field preferred)
Work Environment:
Position will be at our corporate office in Boca Raton.

Assure proper staffing for execution of all activities programs.
Complete staff actions timely including but not limited to disciplinary action and evaluations.
Network with other activity departments on campus for programming ideas and creating campus wide activities involving residents/staff for other levels.
Maintain current and accurate files and records.
Complete resident's assessments timely and assure data is entered into the EHR accurately and timely.

Engage others in participation of resident activities.
Provide leadership and direction for activity staff.

Conduct regularly scheduled department meetings and maintain sign-in/training sheets for each staff.

Attend all necessary company or department meetings.

Completes staff evaluations (provisional, extended and annual) timely and thoroughly.

Process staff disciplines, coaching's, improvement plans as needed in accordance to policy.
Develop staff by providing advanced training for career advancement opportunities or prepare staff for departmental transfers for growth opportunities.

The ability to maintain business/professional boundaries with all staff, management and outside vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years old or more.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Activity Leader Certificate from accredited instructional program required.
1-year previous experience in a managerial/supervisory role required - preferably in senior living.
1 year experience organizing activities and logistics highly preferred.
Thorough documentation skills including grammatical, spelling and organization.
If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible driver. Must possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
The ability to read, write and communicate to residents, staff, families, vendors, and all business relationships in English language.
Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week (upon Dept. Director approval) with the possibility of a varied schedule.
