Executive Assistant Job Description
MGA Entertainment is seeking an exceptionally bright, highly organized, multi-tasking, and self-directed Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President of Operations. This role requires a proactive partner who consistently anticipates needs, manages complex operational workflows, and ensures the EVP remains focused on high-impact priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, demonstrates strong judgment, and acts as a stabilizing force across the organization.
The most successful candidate will be a strong communicator (written and verbal), able to synthesize information quickly, manage multiple simultaneous priorities, and take effective action without needing full context. This position requires someone who can look around corners, maintain structure under pressure, and serve as an operational extension of the EVP. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities across a dynamic operational environment.
• Anticipate upcoming needs, prepare the EVP for all meetings, and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Prioritize time and protect focus by filtering requests, evaluating urgency, and managing access to the EVP.
Operational Cadence & Execution Tracking
• Maintain the EVP's operational rhythm, including weekly Ops reviews, leadership meetings, 1:1s, and strategic checkpoints.
• Develop agendas, coordinate inputs from multiple departments, and ensure materials are prepared in advance.
• Document decisions, track action items, assign owners, monitor follow-through, and escalate when needed to ensure momentum.
Information Flow & Communication Support

• Draft internal communications, summaries, presentations, and follow-ups on behalf of the EVP.
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely communication across leadership and cross-functional teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as a liaison for the EVP with direct reports, senior leaders, and key operational partners across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, IT, Product, and HR.
• Facilitate alignment by ensuring the right information is circulated, deadlines are met, and teams stay coordinated.
• Support planning and coordination of operational initiatives and longer-term projects.
Project & Analytical Support
• Assist with research, data gathering, preparation of reports, and light analysis to support executive decision-making.

• Track project milestones and risks, and surface issues early.
Travel & Administrative Operations
• Manage domestic and international travel, logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, preferably within Operations, Supply Chain, Consumer Products, or a similarly complex function.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
• Experience managing sophisticated calendars, communications, and cross-functional workflows.

Role Mission

What You Will Do

Role Overview:
The Associate, Activation plays a key role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales for MGA's portfolio of brands in the North America market. What You Will Do:
As a Digital Intern, you will:
Design event email communications and registration sites using Figma.
Contribute UX, strategy, and visual design expertise to projects.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, research, and testing.
Manage and prepare media assets and create web pages through WordPress.
Create and update events on the internal Event Registration platform.
Collaborate with development teams to bring digital products to life.
Design and code HTML emails and web pages.
Participate in the design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Ability to create wireframes and mockups.
Understanding of accessibility standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in visual design, user experience, or design thinking.
Basic knowledge of video encoding software.
Education:
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Computer Science, Web Technology, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $38.00 per hour. Role Summary
The Coordinator, Activation supports the execution of marketing activation plans for one of MGA Entertainment's Brand Pillars (Dolls, Preschool, Action & Entertainment, or Miniverse). This role helps manage the day-to-day operations of campaigns across media, social, influencer, experiential, and general activation needs-ensuring work is delivered on time, on strategy, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Project Coordination
Support the execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns from brief through launch.
Manage timelines, meeting agendas, status trackers, and workflow coordination across teams.
Track deliverables and ensure all assets and campaign elements meet timing and quality expectations.
Maintain up-to-date campaign calendars, asset trackers, and launch documentation.
Budget Management & Vendor Support
Manage and track purchase orders, vendor setup, and invoice processing.
Maintain real-time budget trackers across campaign lines to ensure accurate pacing.
Partner with Finance on accruals, reconciliations, and monthly review cycles.
Asset & Creative Management
Route creative assets for review and manage version control and approvals.
Organize final assets and toolkits for internal and international partners.
Communicate asset needs, timing, and priorities to Creative and relevant stakeholders.
Media, Social & Influencer Support
Coordinate with media partners on asset trafficking, timelines, and reporting needs.
Support social channel planning, calendar management, and light content creation (e.g., simple edits, short-form assets, copy drafting).
Assist with influencer program logistics including product seeding, contract routing, deliverable tracking, and usage rights organization.
Compile performance data across media, social, and influencer channels for reporting.
Experiential & Event Support
Assist with logistics and execution of brand experiences, stunts, trade shows, and live events.
Coordinate asset needs, vendor communication, and on-site support where necessary.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Help compile weekly, monthly, and post-campaign recaps.
Pull metrics from agencies, platforms, and internal partners to support optimization recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, production, media operations, or digital marketing (internships included).
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with budgeting, POs, invoices, or financial tracking.
