Pros of working at MGIC

Flexible with hours. Great co-workers.

Cons of working at MGIC

Think 3 days a week in the office gives work life balance but it doesn’t. No one is in the office on the same days to see anyone anyways. Doing too many changes at once so chaotic work days with lots of meetings.
