Responsible for clearing tables, keeping server side stations stocked and cleaned, assisting servers in providing service to guests and meeting guests' service needs in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. Responsibilities • Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines. • Clearing off and sanitizing tables for the next group of customers, disposing of trash and other waste. • Set up and stock designated areas with glasses, cups, napkins, silverware and condiments. • Keeps all areas and or counters wiped down, clean and stocked with plates, silverware, etc. • Clears all bus carts from side stations and or trash areas and replaces with clean bus carts and bus tubs. • Maintains cleanliness of all side stations by ensuring the station is free of clutter and debris. • In some outlets is responsible to deliver food in a timely manner to guests table. • Empties garbage cans • Keep ice stocked in ice bins and soda machines. • Assists servers/cooks in keeping floors clean of all debris. • Anticipates guests needs and responds to any questions or requests for service. • Abides by all health and safety regulations. Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • No previous experience is required. Pay range: $16.50 - $20.80 per hour *Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am. This is not a smoke free workplace. Although we employ state-of-the-art air filtration systems, cigarette smoke is present in the work environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour This position assists servers and provides guests service by quickly and thoroughly cleaning and setting food serving and dining areas, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY. Essential Duties and Responsibilites: * Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests. * Clears and cleans tables, chairs, counters and surrounding areas in a discrete manner. * Resets tables and ensures each table has appropriate accompaniments. * Interacts pleasantly with all guests while responding quickly to special requests. * Assists servers by expediting activities and providing requested beverage items. * Checks and refills coffee, pop, syrup, cups, and condiments. * Maintains a professional appearance at all times. * Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness. * Performs other special projects and duties as assigned Skills/ Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. * Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume bar, restaurant or nightclub is preferred. * Must acquire and maintain a valid Gila River Environmental Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, Blood-Borne Pathogens (BBP) and other required compliance trainings. * Ability to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows; Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, Appreciate our guest. * Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. * This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
