Accurately chart history and care plan in electronic medical record (EMR), closing encounters within the time guidelines set forth by Self Medical Group and Self Regional Healthcare Administration. Completing all EMR generated tasks and assisting care team in achieving Meaningful Use measures. Performs all other assigned duties per SMG Physicians, Practice Manager, and Self Medical Group Administration. Graduate of an accredited school of advanced nursing. Must be currently licensed to practice as an advanced nurse practitioner by the State Board of Nursing for South Carolina.
