Carla is an accomplished C-level finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) leader with prior experience at multi-million dollar private equity-owned companies. Most recently, for an online education, safety, compliance, and performance-optimization, she drove double digit growth in revenue and EBITDA (both organic and inorganic) while implementing critical infrastructure for scalable growth.

Prior to her nearly 14 years with Greenway Health, Luke worked in financial leadership roles at Comdial Corporation, Vicorp, and Danka Business Systems after starting her career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She graduated from Arizona State University Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jorge Granada is a Graduate Student at UNIVERSIDAD DE GRANADA, Undergraduate at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, and Chief Revenue Officer at MGT Consulting Group and is based in Austin Texas Area. He has worked as Head of Global Industry Marketing - Consumer Products at SAP; Head of Marketing, SAP Leonardo for Industries at SAP; and Head of Marketing, Global Partner Operations, Northern LAC at SAP. Jorge works or has worked as Global Lead, SAP Leonardo Marketing at SAP. He studied at Douglas County School District between 1998 and 2000, Universidad de Los Andes between 1989 and 1994, and DQ Entertainment between 1998 and 2000.

Robert brings two decades of management consulting experience across many practices, leading projects and serving clients in more than 30 states. His expertise is in evidence-based strategic planning and feasibility studies, informed by stakeholder engagement and economic, educational, and demographic data. He has led numerous efforts to design and implement teams for IT projects ranging in scale from a few thousand to more than $30 million.

Robert is widely recognized for his ability to identify stakeholder needs and design responsive systems. For example, he played key roles in helping to architect and refine student longitudinal data systems that link educational outcomes with workforce data in both Florida and Kentucky, helping these states to respond to the heightened national emphasis on institutional accountability and outcomes.
