Great hours and benefits,

Cons of working at Miami-Dade County Public Schools

Not many opportunities for growth or to increase salary.

How did you prepare for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools interview?

I didn't, however, I guess my experience and achievements prepared me for an interview.

What brings you the most joy at Miami-Dade County Public Schools?

When i get to take a nap when I have a planning period. Also, when my students do well on their end of course exams. My minority students are substantially performing above any similar school in my district. I was also the coach of the math team at my school. My team was in 1st place in almost every competition we entered (for 10 years). Very satisfying.
