Job Responsibilities
Summary of Position:
Maintenance Technicians will repair/maintain all production/facility equipment and perform project work. This position requires a high regard for safety at all times in performing any tasks associated with working for Harris Products Group.
This person will work safely and supports safety within their team across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support and promote Powernet's mission, values, and guiding principles
Serve as an escalation point for Telco NOC technicians, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for customer voice and SIP-related issues
Create and maintain training materials and process documentation to enhance NOC knowledge and improve first-call resolution rates
Assist in pre-sales engineering to support sales opportunities with technical expertise
Design, test, and implement new voice network products, features, and integrations
Install, configure, and optimize voice hardware and software across Powernet's data centers (may include occasional travel)
Perform trunk provisioning, SIP turn-ups, and end-to-end call flow testing
Administer and maintain Class 4/5 softswitches, session border controllers (SBCs), and related systems
Develop and execute Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for maintenance, upgrades, and deployment
Mentor and train Voice Engineers and NOC personnel to ensure operational consistency and skill development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service reliability, efficiency, and innovation
Requirements
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a Class 4/5 softswitch environment
Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols
Working knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, and IP networking fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
Familiarity with LCR (Least Cost Routing) and carrier trunking
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with leadership
Experience with Metaswitch, Dialogic, Sansay, and Veraz equipment
Desired Skills
Solid understanding of IPv4 network design
Experience with Metaswitch, Veraz, and Sansay platforms
Proficiency in Wireshark or similar packet capture tools
Basic Linux administration skills
Experience with switching equipment vendors and troubleshooting interop issues
Familiarity with cable management and termination standards
Industry certifications such as CCENT, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus

Summary of Duties of the Resident Care Assistant
The primary responsibility of the Resident Care Assistant (RCA) is to provide physical and psychosocial care to all residents in a manner that promotes dignity, choice, and individuality. The Resident Care Assistant reports to the shift supervisor as well as the Wellness Director.
Essential Functions of the Resident Care Assistant
Provides all necessary care and services to assigned residents and assists other wellness department associates as needed.
Works collaboratively with peers and other team members.
Provides assistance with activities of daily living such as with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene (includes: shaving, oral care, nail care, hair care, foot care), toileting, eating, and ambulation/mobility.
Maintains professional demeanor at all times when interacting with residents and families.
Reports any suspected or witnessed instances of verbal, mental, or physical abuse to licensed staff immediately.
Utilizes safe transfer techniques when assisting residents with mobility.
Washes residents' laundry as needed.
Understands and uses Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Standard Precautions, OSHA's Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens standard, and follows established infection control procedures, hazardous communication, and other safety rules.
Documents provision of services on company forms.
Operates designated medical equipment, copy, scan, fax machines, and telephone.
Escorts residents and coordinates internal transportation needs.
Assists residents with personal correspondence/telephone use when requested.
Observes and reports changes in residents' physical condition and cognitive/emotional status to Wellness Director or supervisor, as needed.
