Job Summary:
The GI Specialty Sales Representative (Pharma) will be responsible for the sales performance of the full portfolio within an assigned geographic territory through successful execution of marketing strategies. This role is responsible for growing business relationships with key decision makers and influencers. The GI Specialty Sales Representative (Pharma) will also be responsible for focused detailing to specific targets with a carefully defined messaging strategy and call sequence, leveraging business and value solutions based on evidence, and outcome data, supporting the GI platform. This role will also work with the appropriate IDN hospital personnel in regards to transition of care and discharge protocols.
* Territory Location: This territory includes the greater South Columbus, Ohio area and surrounding communities including Pickerington and Lancaster, Ohio to Ashland, KY.
Responsibilities:
* Focus on driving growth among GI/Critical Care target specialists and new accounts. Meets/exceeds sales and profit objectives in assigned accounts.
* Educate targeted healthcare providers on the benefits of a novel GI therapy within assigned territory.
* Understand the GI healthcare environment and appropriately execute the selling process in a manner. that is concise, compliant, professional and persuasive; and which addresses a need and leads the customer to action.
* Develop and communicate deep scientific understanding of GI disorders, assigned, and competitive products within the GI marketplace.
* Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders within the GI community.
* Develop and implement a territory specific business plan and utilize all available resources to foster a successful sales environment.
* Effectively convey complex clinical and reimbursement product information to key stakeholders in a highly competitive marketplace.
* Execute a customer centric needs based selling approach with targeted Healthcare Providers.
* Utilize the sales reporting systems on a regular basis for call preparation, to record and track sales activity and to gather market intelligence data.
* Organize meetings and deliver content to health care professionals on the topic of GI and nutrition aligned with tangible account objects and metrics as defined by the customer.
* Conduct promotional programs for both professional and patient audiences.
* Attend local, regional and national meetings as directed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or in a related field required.
* 3+ years of Medical/Clinical selling experience with demonstrated success in specialty medical products OR 5+ years combined experience in sales with demonstrated success and clinical experience.
* Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
* Consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
* Ability to develop solid and long-standing business relationships with strategic/targeted customers.
* Must possess solid financial acumen and analytical skills.
* This position will require 25% or more travel to develop internal and external relationships (depending on geographical location).
* Must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager National Account Sales will be responsible for the national Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) strategy and execution. Managing Strategic Accounts team to achieve KPI's and sales goals and developing a high performance team will be a key responsibility in the role. This includes coaching, mentoring, driving Key Account Management Excellence and sales performance. Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluates strategic pricing proposals when required for assigned accounts.
* Analyzes customer and Nestlé's objectives to ensure mutual achievement of respective contract and business objectives.
* Collaborates with internal partners to lead the development of pricing and negotiation of assigned contracts.

**Position Summary:**
The Sr. Manager National Account Sales will be responsible for the national Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) strategy and execution. Managing Strategic Accounts team to achieve KPI's and sales goals and developing a high performance team will be a key responsibility in the role. - Evaluates strategic pricing proposals when required for assigned accounts.
- Analyzes customer and Nestlé's objectives to ensure mutual achievement of respective contract and business objectives.
- Collaborates with internal partners to lead the development of pricing and negotiation of assigned contracts.
- Increases the organization's ability to track field performance/activity and sales results by recording sales activity on a consistent and regular basis in the sales reporting systems (CRM). Using information and data points for call preparation/follow-up and to record market intelligence data.
- Coach and develop assigned Strategic Account Managers on business acumen, account penetration and account planning, to elevate conversations had within the C Suite to bring strategic solutions to customers assuring selling messaging to the Value Proposition
- Provides coaching and guidance to Field Sales on National Account strategies and plans.
- Stays abreast of industry and competitive activities and updates account plans appropriately. Participates in sales meetings, conventions, seminars and other activities on an as-needed basis.

**Experience and Education Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree

+ Gain broad understanding of Supply Chain costs by supporting the Divisions across the Ambient, Frozen and Chilled networks
+ Load operational forecast for supported businesses on monthly / quarterly basis
+ Work with Supply Chain finance counterparts to align on key drivers as part of period end close and forecast process
+ Prepare month-end and forecast commentaries and bridges. Present on key drivers of variances to Division Finance Co-pilots and Leadership
+ Work with Costing Center of Competence to understand how systematic allocations calculate and impact each business
+ Develop tools and reporting to enhance period end close and forecasting processes
+ Partner with stakeholders to understand Supply Chain impacts of business decisions
+ Assist in period end close reporting and prepare/review journal entries
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
+ Minimum of 3 years; Supply Chain or operations experience a plus
+ Skills using the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint)
+ Costing standards and basic accounting knowledge a plus
+ Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)

Position Summary
As a key member of the Learning and Development function within the Nestle+'s (Nestle USA, Nespresso, Nestle Professional, Nestle Health Sciences, Nestle Nutrition, Research and Development, and Quality Assurance) this position's primary focus is driving Nestle+'s culture and performance through leadership, team, and organizational interventions. This position helps drive the Organization Development (OD) strategy, alongside the Sr. Manager, Learning and Organizational Development, acting as a catalyst for Nestle+ operating companies' business and talent strategy.
Key Deliverables
Help develop and drive the organization development (OD) strategy across Nestle+ operating companies working in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Learning and Development and other senior stakeholders
Oversee the development and launch of new OD programs for Nestle+, and support execution of on-going OD programs.
Drive the assessment, diagnosis, development, and delivery of leader and team interventions for HR and business leaders, intact and cross-functional leadership teams
Co-design and facilitate Executive-level OD solutions to meet the needs of the Nestle+ operating companies, including “off-sites” and workshops
Collaborate with HRBPs (i.e. support intake discussions as well as provide overall guidance/recommendations on solutions) to help guide OD solutions across Nestle +
Leverage assessment tools, survey information, and other analytics to identify development and performance gaps and build solutions to close those gaps - new content development
Identify organizational trends and themes through work across departments, provide insights and identify potential solutions i.e. development of training courses
Primary Responsibilities
Organization Development Interventions
Partners with key stakeholder groups to prioritize and deliver OD interventions and activities based on business needs
Identifies, designs, and delivers small-scale organization development solutions or specific activities that will further support building highly effective leaders and teams
Facilitates workshops and/or focus groups to inform design of OD interventions and elevations
Identifies and informs L&D stakeholders of common themes to better inform Talent and other organization-wide interventions and programs
Partners closely with other OD and learning counterparts to ensure a fully informed organizational picture of trends
Upskills HR counterparts on OD-related programs and approaches
Advisory and Coaching
Provide consulting to strategic business units and / or functions as needed
Integrate best-in-class and relevant trends into practices
Program Management, Delivery & Execution
Manage new OD programs and external consultants, engaging 3rd party vendors when required
Develop and maintain project plans to develop, execute and sustain activities
Deliver interventions in a variety of formats, including: small and large scale, virtual and in-person
Assess and monitor effectiveness of activities and initiatives against identified metrics
Requirements And Minimum Education Level
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
MS/MA/MBA in Organization Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
Coaching certification/credentials preferred
Certification and experience in different psychometric assessments leveraged for leadership and team development
Position requires up to 10% travel
Experience
5 - 7 years of OD experience preferred
3 - 5 years of learning design and facilitation preferred
Skills
Solid understanding of and ability to apply relevant Organization Development and Learning principles / philosophies in a complex matrixed environment
Excellent interpersonal skills: flexible in collaborations and relationship management (i.e., listening, counseling and coaching, negotiation skills)
