Position Summary

Job Summary:
The Dry Shipper will perform various functions in the Warehouse to complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow all Safety SOPs and procedures
Perform Loading, Case Picking, VNA and Receiving functions per SOPs
Provide break to Dock Shipper when needed
Operates a stretch wrapper, forklift, dock equipment and battery changer in a safe manner
Fulfill orders per SOPs and customer/facility guidelines
Read/understand information on the load tag to verify quantity for skid is correct
Secure cases per SOPs on quality pallets to ensure product integrity is maintained during transit
Receive, label and perform basic tasks within Warehouse Management System (WMS) for product identification and adjustments

Inspect equipment and provides work orders for any items in need of repair to Leadership

The Medical Affairs Director, Real-World Evidence (RWE) Lead serves as a clinical and health economics expert for Nestle Health Science microbiome and pancreatic enzyme therapies. * Verifies that product meets the required specifications on the line, such as codes, packaging, absence of leakers, etc. and that operator, coordinators and laboratory resources as well as senior techs are aware of any deviations when they are noted. Understands the importance of this notification process and how it affects profitability of the plant when out-of-spec product is ran.
* Run and interpret the results on the following tests: vacuum checks; temperature; appearance; weights; code date verifications; packaging checks; seal check verification; pH or T.A.; coffee testing; shelf life verification; pulling retains for customer complaints; flavor; odor; peroxide checks on Evergreen packaging; Oxonia tests on Serac for POAA levels; spin tests; pre-setting the carts in incubators for microbiological testing; calibrations and standards; etc. Other testing may be required as well.
* Responsible for the daily cleanup and review of racking systems in the incubators and coolers. Also must set up racks before the lines start.
* Must maintain lab in a clean and organized fashion which includes removal of trash, consolidating and organizing supplies, wiping down counters, equipment and walls, sweeping, mopping, etc. prior to end of shift.
* Involvement in team-oriented processes in order to ascertain improvements within the lab and plant.

Essential Functions
* Subject matter expert in ingredient weigh-out
* Perform duties required to monitor, verify, break down and assemble batch kits.

- Guide, direct and coordinate the strategic labeling/advertising/promotion and planning for company products from a regulatory perspective for pre and post launch campaigns including strategic label development from target product profile (TPP), company core data sheet (CCDS) end to end development and maintenance
- Maintain oversight and efficiency of Veeva promotional, label systems for managing review and approval of labeling and advertising/promotional materials.
- Lead and manage periodic meetings, metrics for labelling charter. Provide input into or develop required processes, including transitioning of acquired products into company systems and associated standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of approach and regulatory compliance for areas of responsibility.
- This position has responsibility for overseeing staff, coordinating with cross functional teams in assembling regulatory documents such as pre-IND, IND and efficacy supplements by clearly articulating key regulatory considerations for review and submission to Competent Health Authorities and other regulatory agencies (as requested).
- Organize cross functional team meetings on management of change controls, labeling supplements and implementation of new/changes to approved product labels, prescribing information, medication guides, patient information leaflets and carton/container artworks
- Direct point of contact and signatory for FDA APLB (Advertising Promotion Labeling Branch) submissions and advisory comments for all BLAs (Biological License Applications) and commercial products
**Experience and Education Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in science with 10+ years of broad professional experience gained from previous Regulatory Affairs roles. Regulatory affairs certified (RAC) preferred
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience leading, managing, and preparing regulatory submissions and knowledge in the preparation of electronic submission
- Experience in reviewing and approving change controls, advertising and promotion as well as non-promotional materials within a complex specialty/branded commercial pharmaceutical organization. Preferred candidates will have experience in critically reviewing and implementing collaborative solutions to diverse promotional and MRL scenarios.

General Duties:
Laboratory testing to meet standards set up in PMO, Standard Methods for the Dairy Industry and FDA 2400 methods requirements.
* Pulling, logging, and running finish product and processing samples for all test required on each product.
* Pull sample of incoming raw material and packaging to determine acceptability of loads from our suppliers.
* Audit CIP chemical concentrations and ensures compliance to company specifications.
* Must be able to prepare media and other lab controls. These would include but are not limited to pour plates, buffer water, etc.
* Operate autoclave to sterilize plates and equipment as needed while ensuring sterility test are accurate.
* Assist in lab equipment PMs such as cleaning the Micro Luminescence Systems weekly with caustic; drain and clean the autoclave bi-weekly; changing fluid standards and filters on the cryoscopy.
* Inoculating batch tanks with enzyme and vitamins and recording usages on the various logs.
* Responsible for the daily cleanup and review of racking systems in the incubators and cooler to set up for shelf life testing.
* Participate in environmental testing in and around plant that includes swabbing, air plating, water sampling, etc.
* Verifies that plant equipment meets sanitation requirements prior to start up.
* Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.
Education and Experience:
* BS/BA in related science and/or equivalent job experience in a quality role of a food manufacturing plant
* Experience in food manufacturing

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
