Overview
This role is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on the Nestlé Solon corporate campus facility's equipment and property structures. Compensation & Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $81,700 - $116,300. This position may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation.

Job Summary
Collaborate with Supply Chain finance teams along with Division Supply Chain Directors to support Division Finance Co-pilots with ongoing review of actuals and forecast to provide clarity on drivers and influence performance.

**Position Summary**
The Out of Home division is hiring a Distributor Sales Analyst who, using reporting tools, will make business recommendations and identify areas of improvement to drive profitability of our distributor partners. Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary

The Out of Home division is hiring a Distributor Sales Analyst who, using reporting tools, will make business recommendations and identify areas of improvement to drive profitability of our distributor partners. Position Summary
The Out of Home division is hiring a Distributor Sales Analyst who, using reporting tools, will make business recommendations and identify areas of improvement to drive profitability of our distributor partners. This analyst will have experience with providing teams relevant data and analysis throughout the product and sales lifecycle across the Out of Home distribution ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data sets, understands the dynamics of large retail and marketplace customers, and can translate insights into actionable recommendations.
This position is available to be based in any of our three office locations: Solon, Arlington, or Seattle.
Nestle enjoys a hybrid working environment and the role requires you to be in the office 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) and you can work from home on Mon and Friday.
The Sales Analyst Will:
* Support Distribution Sales Manager in overseeing corporate distributor relationships and sales activities.
* Review root causes of distributor rebate discrepancies, provide consistent reporting of causes, and develop strategy to resolve root causes and reduce rebate discrepancies and the resulting open rebate balances.
* Propose modifications to processes and systems to gain efficiencies. Own the change process from start to finish, including submission of system change request, all testing, and re-training of distributors on processes.
* Audit distributor for compliance with terms of distribution agreement including payment performance, purchases vs. reporting sales. Provide recommendations for resolution.
* Review all direct and indirect consumable sales for high quantity purchases or other unusual buying patterns to identify risk of NCP SL product entering alternate supply channels.
* Performs detailed analysis of inventory, pricing, and marketing data quality and provides actionable recommendations based on findings.
* Develops and implements effective reporting tools to facilitate sales and distribution management team in achieving sales goals and provides timely and accurate updates.
* Oversees and guides Digital shelf strategy with Distributor Account Managers to ensure competitive availability & pricing position for Nestlé Out of Home products against key competitors.
* Implement business strategies to distribution partners to attain commitment.
* Works with distribution partners to evaluate and help close profit gaps (Reduce Distributor Expenses).
* Ensures all contractual, compliance and legal obligations related to distribution are met.
* Review and analyze promotion performance - determine success and provide recommendations moving forward.
* Maintain payments to foodservice distributors / buying groups and work collaboratively with the finance team and Exceedra team to ensure timely transactions and eliminate late fees/deductions.
* Manage and analyze spending to budget targets.
Experience:
* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
* Experience in an analytical role supporting retail, e‑commerce, or B2B customers is preferred
* Superior analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
* Experienced with Microsoft Power BI, Power Point and Advanced Excel
* Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to think critically about proposed programs or process changes; determine downstream effects of changes and provide appropriate recommendations.
* Strong quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel required.
* Strong technical skills including an understanding of relational databases
The approximate pay range for this position is $ 80K to $ 95K. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
