Prepare case reports covering investigation and case details Manage initial investigative processes for all internal investigations within assigned alignment and the District when applicable Serve as a liaison between store/APA investigations and certified market interviewers Support investigations related to internal loss throughout the assigned region while partnering with GHO Analysts Conduct surveillance using CCTV and floor techniques to apprehend and deter theft in accordance with company apprehension policies Initiate and resolve investigations related to Organized Retail Crime while partnering with law enforcement and other retail organizations Represent company in court proceedings related to investigations Maintain an effective relationship with store leaders, peer retailers, mall security and local law enforcement partners Provide clear and consistent training to all store personnel on safety communication guidelines, acts of violence, and current crisis management protocols Utilize analytics software to develop specific store loss prevention strategies Participate in corporate operational test programs to gauge viability of program evolution. Provide relevant observational data to the Global Home Office to inform policy decisions Responsible for ensuring accurate execution of Store Programs.
