After graduating with a degree in finance, management and economics, Florent Menegaux joined Price Waterhouse in 1986 as a consultant. He was soon appointed manager, specializing in interest rate risk control and management for banks.

In 1991, Exel Logistics France, a logistics and transport company, offered him the position of Finance Director. Six months later, he was promoted General Manager. From 1995 to 1996, Florent Menegaux was General Manager of the General Cargo Transport division for the Norbert Dentressangle Group.

In 1997, Florent Menegaux joined Michelin as Commercial Director for truck tires in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. In 2000, Michelin appointed him Sales Director for Truck Tires Original Equipment and Replacement markets for North America. In 2003, he became head of Truck Tires for South America.

In 2005, he was appointed head of the Africa - Middle East Zone.

In January 2006, Florent Menegaux became responsible for the Group’s Passenger Car and Light Truck Tire Replacement Business Unit for Europe, before being appointed Executive Vice President for the Passenger Car and Light Truck worldwide activities, becoming a member of the Group Executive Committee, in 2008. He also oversees Michelin’s Motorsports activities and Materials business.

In December 2014, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and then Senior Executive Vice President of the Michelin Group in 2017.

In January 2018, he also supervises the Group’s Business Directions, and the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer Experience Operational Directions.

On May 18, 2018, Florent Menegaux is named Managing General Partner of the Group.

On May 17, 2019, Florent Menegaux is named Chief Executive Officer.

Jean-Claude Pats is an Exec VP/Chief HR Officer at Michelin. He has worked as Head:Sales at Michelin, COO:Japan at Michelin, and VP:Career Management at Michelin. Jean-claude studied at Inst Etudes Politiq De Paris-Sciences PO and Sciences Po.

Cliff Moore, CFA is a Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer - Defined Benefits at Michelin and is based in Greenville, South Carolina. He has worked as Senior Financial Analyst at Michelin, Process Improvement Engineer at JB Martin Co, and Materials Industrialization Engineer at Michelin. Cliff studied at Darla Moore School of Business between 2003 and 2006 and University of South Carolina between 1993 and 1997.

Over 14 years of extensive experience in Development, Administration and Implementation of technology solutions ,Human resourse management and event planning.. Over 9 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM platform using Visualforce, Apex and Java technologies as Developer and Administrator.Experience working with Force.com IDE in design and development of Custom Application for Complex Business Processes in both Sales and Service Cloud Modules.

Excellent experience in implementing the Master-Detail, Look-up, Many-to-many and Hierarchical relationships and Automate the business Process using Workflow rules, Approval Process, Auto-Response Rules and Escalation Rules.Hands-on experience in using Apex Explorer and other Third party application in App exchange such as Data Loader, Outlook Connect, Informatics Data loader.

Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events.Expertise in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project life cycle processes and Sales-force Design. Highly skilled in Salesforce.com (SFDC) Configuration management, development and implementation.Good Development experience with Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Scheduler, Batch Apex, Apex Class & Apex Web Service,Worked on controlling the data access across the Application using Field-level security and Organization-wide Defaults, creating Profiles, Queues, Setting up Role Hierarchy, Company profile and writing the Sharing Rules as per the Requirements.Skilled in customizing standard objects and develop Custom objects, Page-Layouts, and Record-types to distinguish between various requirements.Good Understanding in Eclipse IDE with Force.com Plug-in for writing business logic in Apex programming language.Extensive Experience in using Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL and MS Access and Familiar with Stored procedures Triggers and Functions using PL/SQL and AJAX.
