This position is responsible for general building and facility maintenance and upkeep and ensuring that facilities are maintained at the highest standard level to provide safe environment for staff, visitors, and the public.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Perform general cleaning, garbage removal / disposal, from restrooms and common areas.
Perform general grounds keeping, sweeping, mowing and trimming grass using hand, power or riding mower, trims and edges around common areas, walkways, walls, etc.
Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
Perform basic and general repair and maintenance on track equipment utilized in grounds keeping (mowers, hand tools, etc.).
Perform basic and general repair and maintenance of buildings, facilities and / or equipment as needed.
Operate forklift, front loader, or other equipment and/or vehicles, both on and off track and in common areas.
Maintain a safe working area.
Required skills/experience:
High school diploma and at least 1+ year of experience in building and facility maintenance.
Experience using common hand tools to perform basic repair and maintenance on buildings, facilities, and / or equipment.
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects.
Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
Must be available to work some evenings and / or weekends.

**Position Overview:**

+ Places the casing in the envelope (envelope), installs the inner envelope and ensures an airtight seal for curing.
+ Vacuum tests the envelope to ensure that the package sealed. Repair injuries to the casings using the tools, procedures, methods, and work instructions established by Conti.
+ Loads the curing chamber and sets the proper curing parameters for the load.
+ Inspect casings using the tools, procedures, methods, and work instructions established by Conti.
+ Communicate with BestDrive salesmen and end user fleet personnel for completion of desired service tasks
+ Complete necessary paperwork legibly.

**Position Overview:**

+ Communicate pricing with customers on site and over the phone.
+ Effectively manage team of employees responsible for administering the back office support functions of the retail store.
+ Eventually manage a team of between four to six Service Technicians once the annual revenue of the store reaches approximately $6M.
+ Communicate with Manager daily.
+ Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations
