Job DescriptionDescription 4+ years of supervisory experience in plastic injection molding. Execute the entire schedule of the plant's production. Key Responsibilities * Give work assignments to the departmental employees. * Plan and execute the weekly press and production utilization schedule. * Oversee the activities of the production department and assist when necessary. * Work with Quality Assurance personnel in an effort to maintain superior quality productivity to reduce the need for re-work or re-processing. * Notify maintenance of any concerns about plant and facilities with emphasis on problem prevention. * Work with Operations and Production supervisors to minimize manpower required on jobs to maximize production output. * Must have basic knowledge of QMS , EMS know the Quality Policy. * Office, plant floor; heavy lifting required. **The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
