Igor is a results driven financial professional and an active CPA with broad experience in financial management, internal controls and SOX, financial information presentations, written reports, outstanding services to internal and external clients, technical accounting (US GAAP), and analytical approaches to problem solving.Igor is a Chief Financial Officer with Michigan Health Information Network (MiHIN) where he leads the finance team and reports to the Executive Director. In this role, Igor is responsible for financial reporting of several affiliated companies and has utilized technology to shorten the month end close, implement standardized processes, develop and report detailed analysis of financial data. Igor makes presentations to the Board of Directors and provides input on company benefits. Igor is also involved in product/service pricing and related decision making as well as analysis of company performance. Finally, Igor oversees aspects of HR and Payroll and is working with other departments on key initiatives.Prior to MiHIN, Igor served audit clients with a Top 10 national audit firm. Igor's clients comprised of private equity companies in retail, manufacturing and service industries with sales from $50 - $300 million. Igor's work included all aspects of audit engagements as well as assistance to partners with proposals. Igor was also engaged in the firm's learning and development.Igor's other prior experience includes multiple years in Big Four firms. Clients ranged from private (up to $700 million) to public (up to $2 billion) companies where Igor audited most major areas, presented findings to clients, and provided recommendations. In addition to audit engagements, Igor was involved in a significant SOX and internal controls consulting project spanning over two years.Aside from the financial career, Igor is passionate about online and in-person financial training.

Ken Van Der Wende is a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Executive VP Velatura at Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services and is based in East Lansing, Michigan. Ken attended Calvin University between 1973 and 1977 and The Wharton School between 1993 and 1993.
