MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP. * Support preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules. * Strengthen and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and operational workflows. * Lead or support special projects including system implementations, process automation, financial integrations, and reporting enhancements. * Partner with FP&A, operations, and executive teams to ensure transparency and alignment across the business. * Manage and mentor accounting team members, cultivating a high-performance and continuous-improvement environment. * Liaise with external auditors and support annual audit process. * Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with technical standards. * Oversee Tax department and filling of Corporate taxes including K-1's. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required. * Big 4 public accounting experience (audit or advisory). * 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in a company of at least $500M in revenue. * Strong working knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and consolidated financial reporting. * Hands-on experience with finance ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent). * Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-entity, high-volume environment. * Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
