Micro Matic company history timeline
Micro Matic entered business in 1953 and as with most great international enterprises, the beginning of Micro Matic were modest.
They were bought by Ex-Cell-O Corp. in 1963, becoming Micromatic Division.
2000 – Micro Matic A/S establishes “Micro Matic Nordic Dispense Service” in Odense, Denmark, to offer the customers a complete product portfolio of beverage dispense equipment and related concepts and services.

2001 – Micro Matic A/S acquires Vassingerød Metalstøberi A/S in Denmark, a specialist in supply of fonts sold to breweries in Denmark and Sweden.
2004 – Micro Matic A/S acquires SC Beverage Equipment AB in Sweden, a specialist in cooler supply, installation and service of draught beer and soft drink equipment.
2005 – MM Service Center AB moves from Varberg to Falkenberg in Sweden.
2008 – MM Service Center AB signs agreement with Ringnes AS regarding refurbishment activities of beverage dispense equipment.
2010 – MM Service Center AB exit sales of coffee machines, espresso machines and cash control systems.
2013 – MM Service Center AB acquires BevTec AS in Norway including their subsidaries BevTec Ab in Sweden and BevTec Oy Ab in Finland.
2014 – MM Service Center AB transfer all operations from BevTec AS, BevTec AB and BevTec Oy Ab to MM Service Center AB in Varberg.
