Mr. Meshgin has served more than 20 years with the Company in multiple managerial roles, providing him with significant institutional knowledge and technical expertise. As our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Meshgin brings to the Board significant senior leadership, as well as industry and global experience. Mr. Meshgin has been instrumental in our major expansion of our overseas manufacturing capacity and in our strategic initiative of diversifying our customer base
