Job Description:
The NPI Supplier Ops program manager will have the following responsibilities:
* Embed in the Engineering NPI teams to understand NPI project scope, supply base, and timelines.
* Collaborate with Engineering NPI Program Manager to develop project schedules factoring in time for design, quoting, supplier manufacturing, build events, and all required resources as part of the overall process.
* Act as liaison between Engineering and the Supply Management team (Strategic Sourcing, Procurement) to drive supplier activities, including quoting, placing POs, revising POs, and tracking deliverables.
* Contribute to transition and production-level ramp-up.
* Create product-specific cost models with input from the Supply Management team (Strategic Sourcing, Procurement).
* Provide NPI project support for large-scale transfer projects such as second sourcing, insourcing, or outsourcing that require project management support.
Will coordinate and collaborate with the Engineering NPI Program Manager and Planning to:
* Enter Engineering BOMs into the MRP system.
* Create and manage tracking reports for various assemblies.
* Run regular project meetings covering the status of parts in design, on order, or undergoing revision changes.
* Create mitigation plans for any delivery impact from suppliers.
* Engage with operations teams and suppliers to ensure material and capacity readiness to support NPI products.
* Ensure proper plans are in place for logistics, build events, and shipment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
* BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Engineering, Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
* 10+ years of experience in supply chain management and program management.
* Excellent project and program management experience.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with engineering teams is preferred; the ideal candidate will have some interaction with technical products and a range of materials.
* Ability to work in a schedule-driven environment where timing and a strong sense of urgency are critical.
* Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
* Experience managing shifting priorities and changing deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
* Experience with MRP systems is desirable.
* Experience working with suppliers is preferred but not required.

THE PERSON:

This role is for Embedded Ethernet support of AMD Ethernet Drivers & IP's on AMD FPGA's, SoC's, and ACAP devices. We are seeking someone with a proven track record that demonstrates their ability to attack problems from multiple angles until resolution. Someone with great debug instincts who can debug complex HW/SW designs remotely or by recreating customer issues on local HW or in simulation using intelligently devised tests & methods.

THE PERSON:

THE ROLE:
The person in the role of Product Applications Engineer (PAE) provides technical support for Xilinx FPGAs, SoCs, and ACAPs as well as the associated Xilinx tools, software drivers, and IP. The ISSE ensures compliance with governing standards and frameworks, including NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP 800-53, ICD 503, CNSSI 1253, and DISA STIGs. This role requires technical aptitude to troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers, end-user nodes, Cisco switches, and enterprise shared storage systems, while applying continuous monitoring practices to maintain compliance and strengthen mission assurance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Engineering & Architecture
Engineer and integrate security controls into system and network architectures, including virtualized platforms, shared storage, and mission networks.
Translate NIST and CNSS security controls into technical designs and secure implementations.
Technical Troubleshooting & Support
Provide advanced troubleshooting for:
Linux and Windows servers (configuration, patching, service integrity).
Linux and Windows end-user workstations/nodes (endpoint compliance and hardening).
Cisco switches and network devices (VLANs, ACLs, port security, logging).
Shared drives and enterprise file systems (permissions, access auditing, data protection).
Collaborate with administrators and engineers to resolve technical issues while maintaining compliance.
Continuous Monitoring
Implement and sustain continuous monitoring for common and system-specific controls, including automated vulnerability scanning, patch compliance, and SIEM log analysis.
Correlate monitoring results across systems, assess control effectiveness, and recommend remediation strategies.
Conduct technical security assessments using Tenable, DISA STIGs, CSO Benchmarks, and related NIST guidelines.
Analyze results, prioritize risk, and lead remediation with system and network teams.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance w/ CI Poly.
US citizenship
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in NIST RMF and related standards.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and support Linux/Windows servers and endpoints, Cisco network devices, and enterprise storage systems.
Hands-on experience with compliance and monitoring tools (Tenable/ACAS, Splunk/ELK, HBSS/ESS).
Occasional travel to client sites in other states. Trips typically last 3-5 days and occur less than once per quarter.

THE ROLE:
AMD's Cores Organization delivers industry leading CPU's and caches that are the foundation of AMD's server, client, and gaming business. We are looking for an experienced VLSI physical design engineer to join this innovative team as a technical expert. The candidate will be a key contributor and leader for AMD's next generation cores and caches. The candidate will join the team based in Fort Collins, CO.
THE PERSON:
The candidate should have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to details. We work on programs with long timelines, so self-motivation and a commitment to meeting deadlines is required. We are pushing the envelope on chip performance, so the status quo must be challenged on every program. This requires creativity and innovation, but also excellent verbal and written communication skills. We work in small teams, but we are part of a large cross-site Core's organization, so teamwork is also vital our success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Technical lead for high-speed VLSI design in deep submicron FinFET processes.
* Work closely with RTL and physical designers across multiple sites to optimize power, performance, area, and schedule.
* Solve design and tool problems requiring ground-breaking approaches and champion innovation across the organization. Create technical presentations for peers and management.
* Guide and mentor junior engineers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
* Hands-on experience in high-speed VLSI design
* Excellent understanding of computer architecture, hardware concepts & design tradeoffs required
* Knowledge of Chip Level Floor planning, Bus / Pin Planning, Clock Tree Synthesis, Placement, Optimization, Routing, Parasitic Extraction, Static Timing Analysis, IR drop analysis, electromigration, Physical Verification and Sign Off.
* Comprehend complex Verilog RTL and make minor modifications for timing or power.
* Knowledge of digital circuits, high speed flops, synchronizers, level shifters, and SRAM.
* Familiar with programing languages such as Perl, C, tcl, etc.
