A Successful HDD Operator is specially trained and has expertise in locating for horizontal/directional drill rigs and product support equipment. This individual will be primarily responsible for setting up and completing drilling variable-sized underground boreholes and pulling back the required conduit/pipe. As a Directional Driller/Equipment Operator, you are responsible for running various directional drilling equipment; Directional Drill, (Vermeer and/or Ditch Witch) Vac. Truck, Mud Truck, Excavator, Forklift, Dump truck, Locator, along with others not listed. What You'll Need to Succeed Requirements Batchlor Degree Leadership experience - managing a team and talent development. 8+ years experience with incident response, monitoring and responding to alerts and dealing with all things cyber security & response. Proven leadership experience in Security Operations and Incident Response, with a strong background in managing technical teams. Extensive hands-on expertise with modern cybersecurity tools including EDR, SIEM, firewalls, WAF, identity platforms, and cloud security. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to guide teams through complex investigations and process improvements. Demonstrated ability to drive action and influence outcomes across fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Experience integrating threat intelligence into operational workflows and developing proactive detection strategies. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights. Track record of developing and mentoring cybersecurity professionals, fostering growth and team cohesion. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $112,000 - 150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
