Use these insights to optimize the curriculum and demonstrate program value to leadership. * Integrate Ethics and Trust: Embed Micron's principles of ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy-into all training materials. Minimum Qualifications: * Experience: 5 years in learning and development, organizational change management, or technical training, with direct involvement in technology or AI-related training initiatives. * Instructional Design: Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation.
