This critical and highly impactful role will manage energy strategy for some of the largest industrial loads in the U.S., influencing billions of dollars in electricity spend and infrastructure investments globally. You'll shape policy, negotiate with utilities, and drive initiatives that impact the future of energy and grid reliability on a national scale. You will lead strategic initiatives that lower electricity and utility costs and deliver innovative solutions through Micron's utility and retail partnerships. This role will develop and execute regulatory and policy strategies, fostering stakeholder collaboration to advance Micron's sustainability and energy goals while ensuring compliance with integrity and ethical standards. Responsibilities: * As Principal Energy Strategy and Utility Manager you will be responsible for driving the energy category, utility, and supplier relationships across Micron's footprint. * Shape and lead regulatory and policy strategies that drive cost efficiency and accelerate access to energy across Micron's regulated and wholesale markets. * You will engage externally and build/maintain partnerships with consultants and 3rd party service providers. * Internally, you will partner with Global Sustainability, Government Affairs, Site Facilities, Legal and other teams to settle scope, schedule, budget and supervise project status throughout the duration of the project. * Your primary goal is to deliver the greatest value of each contract which requires strong sourcing (negotiating), contracting, supplier management, and overall project management skills. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Environmental Science, or related field * 5 + years experience in Energy Procurement, Energy Development, Energy Management, Utilities, or Power Markets * Demonstrated expertise in energy procurement, utility operations, regulatory policy, customer program development, sustainability initiatives, and/or strategies for reducing utility costs. Preferred Qualifications: * 10 + year of experience in Energy Procurement, Energy Development, Energy Management, Utilities, or Power Markets * An MBA or Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Energy Management, Energy Policy, or related field * Good knowledge of US wholesale energy markets, energy generation and legal, regulatory, pricing, and billing structure of energy contracts * Knowledge of energy financial constructs including VPPAs, PPAs, and gas procurement The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $110,000.00 - $249,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Field Application Engineer - Enterprise and Hyperscalers THE ROLE: We are seeking a Field Application Engineer to join the Centre of Excellence (CoE) group to support our largest hyperscale, mega data center, and enterprise customers. In addition to technical investigations, you will also need to be able to create and deliver presentations and training both remotely and in person to our customers and partners. The scope of the debug activity will span the entire hardware | software stack including Instinct GPU deployments at Data Centers. Responsibilities will include: * Reproducing complicated customer issues onsite at AMD. * Working with internal engineering teams to debug & root cause issues. * Developing, setting Up & analyzing experiments to collect data for guiding debug activities. * Setting up complicated test harnesses in Software & Hardware to collect low level debug logs. * Developing scaffolding software to assist in debug activities both Internally & Externally with customers. * Package workloads & customer test cases for internal debug teams to reproduce issues. * Drive internal debug activity by playing the role of issue coordinator when needed. * Customer presentations, being the trusted advisors to AMD's key OEM partner. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Proven experience with Server and/or GPU architecture, either integrating, debugging, and/or validating various system components (HW, BIOS, OS, Drivers, etc.), developing and debugging low level server-based applications, or validating HW components - CPU, PCH, Boards, Storage, etc. Additional Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment. * Networking knowledge -- TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches, etc. * Familiarity with AI Models and PCIe Architecture Familiarity with low level x86 Assembly | ARM Experience in communicating requests and capture information from customers validation, design, BIOS, Firmware, Chipset, processor, and third parties, as needed, to get to issue resolution. HARDWARE & GAMING PLATFORM ENGINEER - Silicon Validation & System Debug THE ROLE: Join AMD's Gaming and Hardware Platform Engineering team to lead system, silicon validation, and platform bring-up for next-generation gaming solutions. This role is hands-on, working in the lab with prototype boards, CPUs, GPUs, and memory subsystems to ensure high-performance, reliable gaming experiences. You will collaborate across silicon, firmware, and platform teams to debug complex issues and deliver robust solutions for gamers and developers worldwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * System & Platform Leadership * Define and own system specifications for gaming platforms, including CPUs, GPUs, memory, I/O adapters, and power management. * Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of hardware development-from design and bring-up to validation and production. * Coordinate with silicon, firmware, and platform teams to ensure feature alignment and timely delivery. * Silicon Debug & Validation * Own post-silicon validation and debug for gaming and workstation boards. * Perform board-level analysis: power sequencing, thermal testing, and signal integrity. * Use advanced lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers) for root-cause analysis. * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for BIOS, drivers, silicon features, and OS certification. * Drive defect prioritization and resolution plans during SOC bring-up and production phases. * Technical Innovation * Develop scripts and tools to automate hardware validation and improve test efficiency. * Engage in pre-silicon emulation, simulation, and product engineering to ensure readiness for manufacturing and launch. * Customer & Partner Engagement * Collaborate with OEM/ODM partners on hardware integration and co-validation. * Review platform designs against gaming workload requirements and optimize configurations. * Release & Delivery * Sign off on synchronized hardware releases for internal and external delivery. * Oversee test execution and debug leadership across multiple platforms and teams.
