Overall Summary
The Sr. Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated work groups. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: communications, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, and policy implementation.
Your duties will include:
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all MicroPort personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Assists with the performance evaluation program communications and revises as necessary.
Handles employee relations counseling.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
Develops and implements proactive positive employee relations programs. Develops and delivers management training to ensure consistent, fair and current management practices at MicroPort.
Maintains compliance with Federal, State and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
Communication duties include publication of the weekly newsletter and the monthly international newsletter, managing content on the corporate intranet and managing content on digital signage
Plan company events and programs
Support community events

Overall Summary
As a Final Processor, you will perform the latter production operations for MicroPort's medical devices. Eyes for greatness and hands on details must be demonstrated daily because the processes are just prior to the customer using the products. The overall purpose of this position is to perform product laser marking, cleaning, assembly, and packaging of devices; however, a strong product and packaging knowledge base, a commitment to quality, and excellent interpersonal skills within a team environment are imperative in this role.
Your duties will include:
Final Processor I:
Demonstration of our core values of Quality, Integrity, Accountability, Efficiency, Innovation, Aspiration, Dedication, and Collaboration.
Strict adherence to standard operating procedures including all safety, personal protection equipment, personal hygiene and Environmentally Controlled Area gowning policies.
Adherence to all quality requirements including in process visual inspection, peel back testing, burst testing, accurate handling / entry of production data on device records, applicable software, and equipment such as JDE and V-100 systems.
Timely completion of all required training and preventive maintenance activities.
Proficiently perform Final Processing operations including:
Unite: An understanding of quality inspection techniques and equipment including use of calipers and the V-100 inspection system.
Packaging: Package assembly and the full operational use of pouch sealers, thermoform tray sealers and non-sterile bagging equipment.
Carton: Secondary packaging and label placement including usage of the VEI Packaging Label Verification System.
Labeling: Usage of label software and printers.
6. Effective communication with other personnel, management and engineering groups to solve problems and transfer information.
Final Processor II:
Proficiently perform Final Processing operations including:
Product Assembly: Requires an understanding of blueprints including GD&T, as well as the effective and safe usage of applicable tools, fixtures and chemicals.
Laser: Requires the ability to read a blueprint and the usage of the Laser Marking systems.
Senior Final Processor:
Proficiently perform Final Processing operations including:
Sterile Shipment Preparation: Includes accurate completion of sterilization batch paperwork and palletizing sterile shipment boxes for transport to sterilization.
Cleaning: Requires the safe handling of chemicals for both automated and manual clean lines, automated washers, and sinks.
2. The training of other Final Processors on procedures, processes and equipment.

We are looking for a business-savvy Principal Data Scientist to support our Contract Performance Management business team, focused on transforming operational and contract-related data into actionable insights. Overall Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and administer the various benefit plans within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Overall Summary
As Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of manufacturing processes. Identify, define and execute cost improvement projects (CIPs) to reduce cost, scrap or waste and/or increase manufacturing productivity. Ability to lead cross-functional CIP teams, understand product cost analysis and track progress to a set project schedule.
Handle multiple projects and be capable of managing priorities to achieve project objectives.
Investigate or diagnose manufacturing process/equipment issues, develop a plan and implement solutions to resolve the problems.

Overall Summary
As Project Engineer, Operations, you will plan and develop a manufacturing process. You must determine the optimum fabrication methods, develop procedures, perform process validations and track progress towards completion of project.
Your duties will include:
Using engineering drawings, the engineer must be able to prepare router steps, CNC part programs, work instructions and bill of materials for designed parts and assemblies.
Conduct process capability studies and adjust the process accordingly.
Understanding of tooling and fixturing requirements needed to manufacture the product.
Investigate or troubleshoot manufacturing problems, develop and implement solutions to these problems.
Investigate, justify and implement capital requests for the facilities.
Assist and/or train other engineers, engineering technicians and operators on equipment and processes. Should be capable of leading/managing these engineers.
Handle multiple projects, develop cost savings and scrap reductions, have extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools in the plant and track projects upon completion.
Use of CAD/CAM software to produce CNC programs, Extensive knowledge of CAD/CAM software, GD&T and work with Design engineers on the manufacturability of the new products.

About You
You must be knowledgeable in many manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, manual machining, grinding and have a working knowledge of metal finishing, chemical finishing, welding and heat treating.

Overall Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and administer the various benefit plans within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This includes, but is not limited to, benefit plan designs and changes, new employee and annual enrollments, contract renewals, cost tracking and analysis, employee benefit and compensation communications, and resolving employee benefit related issues. Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system. Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of city, state, provincial, local, and federal legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions. Prepares required tax filings and other reporting. Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting. Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
Your duties will include:
Manage and administering the employee benefit plans. This includes plan changes, new employee enrollments, annual enrollments, contract renewals, cost analysis, employee communications, resolving employee issues, calculating monthly premiums, and processing benefits for terminated employees. The various plans include, but are not limited to, Group Medical Insurance, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, HSA accounts, employee basic and optional life insurance, spouse and dependent life insurance, personal accident insurance, business travel insurance, short term disability, long term disability, employee assistance program, Retirement Savings Plan, and educational assistance.
Work closely with representatives of insurance brokerage firms and other benefit providers on the areas of benefit plans, changes, administration, and cost. Also interfaces with other external vendors to resolve employee benefit issues.
Manage the payroll file maintenance process which includes new employee data, salary changes, payroll deductions for garnishments, direct deposits, PTO time tracking, etc.
Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding personnel policies and procedures. Assist in the development of new policies and any revisions as needed.
Stay abreast of benefits and compensation updates. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in communicating with all employees and external business associates.
Manage and track the FMLA and short-term disability process.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of HR Benefits' invoices. Perform or oversee monthly analysis and reconciliation for accuracy in payments.
Manage and track the FMLA and short-term disability process.
Perform and manage all payroll related activities for the US and Canada including but not limited to payroll processing, quarterly and year end taxes, W2 and T4 finalization, and managing the 401K deferments
Complete year end and audit new year updates to the system (PTO, holidays, etc.)
