Overall Summary
This position manages all aspects of Facilities and Maintenance needs at all Arlington locations. Interfaces with all areas of the business for spacing requirements, production, warehousing and office. This person must have the ability to make educated decisions on all aspects of the facilities and maintenance of facilities that are in the best interest of the organization. This person must also have the ability to respond to emergency situations and quickly produce a plan of action, implement and report to upper management.
Your duties will include:
* Responsible for engaging management regarding budget requirements, contracts, and internal customer strategies for the maintenance department. Ensures that all facilities and maintenance within the Arlington area are maintained in a cost-effective and safe condition.
* Communicates directions to general contractors, engineers, and superintendents to organize, plan and facilitate new and renovated construction projects throughout the Arlington campuses. Establish a line of communications to the fire department and local city officials.
* Day-to-day leadership managing and supervising facility and maintenance personnel including hiring, promotions, recognition, discipline, and performance management. Plans, directs, and monitors the performance objectives for all Maintenance personnel.
* Oversees the day to day operations of the lawn services, pest control and janitorial services.
* Exercise leadership, coordination and communication with the Arlington Leadership team to drive continuous improvement across Arlington campuses. Develop, implement, execute, and manage strategies to improve both facilities and equipment.
* Develops and implements office space requirements using existing policies and procedures.
* Must possess knowledge of all code requirements, Refrigerant logs, plumbing, electrical, HSE requirements.

Overall Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and administer the various benefit plans within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Primary Function of Position
The U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate reports to the U.S. ION Endoluminal Program Manager (EPM). The ION Endoluminal Territory Associate plays a critical role in the early adoption of the Ion platform in expanding access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy. This individual will be primarily focused on supporting early sustainable users and programs and the development of KOL's and programs that can highlight the early clinical, economic and strategic value of ION.
Essential Job Duties
* Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves
* Support training activities to include in-services, training labs, attend first case series and development of teams and programs
* Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space
* Work alongside ESR's to collaborate with senior hospital staff and key physicians in the development and execution of a plan to effectively integrate Ion at new customer sites, ensuring ongoing commitment to and utilization of the system
* Facilitate critical user and procedural data capture to create effective QTI and benchmarking metrics
* Collaboration with da Vinci local sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Responsibly manage administrative tasks, SFDC management, submission of expense reports, etc.
Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required
* A minimum of 1 year sales experience, leadership experience or clinical experience
* Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change

Overall Summary
As a Dispatcher, you will begin the production processes by providing work orders to production work teams. As a Dispatcher, you will be required to have a working knowledge of manufacturing, lot control, device history records (DHR's), material handling, and the ability to issue / maintain work orders in software environments. You will effectively start the production process by pairing work-in-process inventory with production work orders to move processes from start to finish. Dispatcher I:

* Must have a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures to ensure highly efficient product flow through the value stream from start to finish.

* Conformance to Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA guidelines. Timely completion of all required training.
* Work closely with production work teams to perform inventory cycle counts.
* Finish the component work order process. Upon order completion, put items to a Kanban location.
Sr. Dispatcher:
* Ability to understand and use computer systems required to initiate and maintain work orders. Utilize programmable scanners as needed.
* Perform inventory transactions to ensure precise inventory accuracy of stored goods as well as products flowing through the value stream.

* Allocate raw materials and stored components to the DHR as defined by the Bill of Material. Material Handling requires counting components and sawing bar stock to length while using verification methods such as calipers and/or a measuring tape.
* Must have a thorough understanding of product routings and work order types, being able to differentiate between primary and alternate routings.
* Identify raw materials with item/lot numbers for adding items to raw materials Kanban. Utilize methods such as labels and/or engraving machine marking tool.
* Effectively communicate with other personnel, management, and engineering groups to solve problems and transfer information. Specifically, must effectively demonstrate ability to trouble-shoot issues with routings/work orders, bills of materials, cycle count discrepancies, etc.
* Train others on how to perform the initiation of production work orders.

In This Role:
You will be using automated analyzers, microscopes and other laboratory diagnostic tools to perform analyses and tests that diagnose animal illnesses, injuries and diseases in support of veterinarian animal treatment.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
You possess a High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A 2-, 3- or 4-year degree in a Science-related field is preferred.
It is not required to work in our lab, but if you were a Veterinary Technician (RVT, LVT, CVT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT or MT), this experience and education would be a plus.
Ideally, you will have experience setting up, running, and reading lab tests, and operating laboratory equipment (microscopes, pipetting and / or clinical diagnostic analyzers).

Overall Summary
As a Machinist, you will work with tools, fixtures, and machines to manufacture medical devices from setup to operation. A bit more about the role:
Lead multi-disciplined team of engineers, designing and executing strategic plans for developing, mentoring, and empowering team success.
Develop, implement, and promote standards and procedures that optimize production quality and drive development efficiency and operational excellence. Ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.
Partner with Product to guide development during agile delivery sprints. Monitoring progress and leading remediation.
Develop cohesive relationships with other peer departments: Account Management, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Product, and Senior Leadership.
Recruit, develop, and mentor top diverse engineering talent.
What are we looking for?
Advanced knowledge and experience with ASP .NET Core & Framework, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, React
Experience with designing and implementing mission critical systems that manage large scale data sets.
In-depth experience creating API/Service interfaces.
Experience leading technology projects across different time zones, languages, and engineering teams in multiple locations.
A leader with deep technical hands-on experience, who is willing and able to contribute to team efforts.
SAAS software experience highly preferred
Strong organizational leadership skills.
Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to develop quality teams.
Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management.
CI/CD Pipelines (Github actions / Azure Dev Ops)
In depth knowledge of Azure, including Azure Security best practices, Azure SQL Databases and building Microservices in Azure
