Overall Summary
This position manages all aspects of Facilities and Maintenance needs at all Arlington locations. Interfaces with all areas of the business for spacing requirements, production, warehousing and office. This person must have the ability to make educated decisions on all aspects of the facilities and maintenance of facilities that are in the best interest of the organization. This person must also have the ability to respond to emergency situations and quickly produce a plan of action, implement and report to upper management.
Your duties will include:
* Responsible for engaging management regarding budget requirements, contracts, and internal customer strategies for the maintenance department. Ensures that all facilities and maintenance within the Arlington area are maintained in a cost-effective and safe condition.
* Communicates directions to general contractors, engineers, and superintendents to organize, plan and facilitate new and renovated construction projects throughout the Arlington campuses. Establish a line of communications to the fire department and local city officials.
* Day-to-day leadership managing and supervising facility and maintenance personnel including hiring, promotions, recognition, discipline, and performance management. Plans, directs, and monitors the performance objectives for all Maintenance personnel.
* Oversees the day to day operations of the lawn services, pest control and janitorial services.
* Exercise leadership, coordination and communication with the Arlington Leadership team to drive continuous improvement across Arlington campuses. Develop, implement, execute, and manage strategies to improve both facilities and equipment.
* Develops and implements office space requirements using existing policies and procedures.
* Must possess knowledge of all code requirements, Refrigerant logs, plumbing, electrical, HSE requirements.

Overall Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and administer the various benefit plans within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Overall Summary
The primary function of this position is to service customers mainly on a domestic level in shipping. The responsibility of the Distribution Associate is to pull, check, pack, and ship finished goods and miscellaneous material on a domestic level. You must gain the knowledge and skills used for processing orders in JD Edwards, RF Applications, Stocking, Carousel Picking, Inventory Integrity, and ability to ship utilizing FedEx, UPS, or any carrier related shipping documents. You will be required to assist in other areas of Distribution as needed.
Your duties will include:
Distribution Associate I
* Must follow order directions as indicated in order comments on a pick ticket.
* Must ensure orders are picked accurately with item, lot, and quantity as indicated on pick ticket and RF scanner.
* Ability to process through carrier application (FedEx, UPS, etc.) utilizing their shipping requirements. Example: Ability to process orders through FedEx computers, UPS computers, and carrier bill of lading.
* Work with others to ensure customer needs are being met.
* Willingness to be trained by peers for OJT (on job training) needs and process understanding.
Distribution Associate II
* Able to process both domestic and international orders. This includes but is not limited to: following specific order instructions, picking and checking orders based upon order type (International/Domestic), packing of product to boxes as required.
* Must know proper labeling of shipment for all paperwork received back from International Customer Service. This includes but not limited to: Proper placement of Airway Bill or Bill of Lading, proper copies of paperwork placed in pouch for carrier/customs purposes and ability to tender to freight carrier completed parcel.
* Must be capable of performing sales order maintenance in JD Edwards and can correct quantities, log number and update line status through order maintenance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* Guide engineers and scientists who analyze chemical, biological or microbiological products, raw materials, in-process materials, release test samples or stability samples in support of the company's quality program.
* Oversee local / site-based laboratory activities such as preparation, cleaning, disinfection, and/or sterilization of instruments, materials, products, and/or supplies; qualitative tests or quantitative assays on samples using techniques that may range from use of traditional analytical instruments to highly modern and automated instrumentation.
* Measure and monitor KPIs for sites under their responsibility and report these to leadership.
* Write protocols and procedures describing how to clean, sterilize, and/or deliver sterile products, supplies, and/or instruments.
* Interpret and evaluate laboratory analyses for accuracy and precision; verify test results against specifications and recommend and implement corrective action where necessary.
* Develop and implement procedures and protocols for management of controlled environments.
* Ensure microbiological quality of medical devices and controlled environments at assigned sites; lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) and continuous improvement activities.
* Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in microbiology and sterility assurance processes with respect to quality and efficiency.

* Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for microbiology and sterility assurance at assigned sites and support audits and inspections, both internal and external (regulatory and health authorities).
* Travel Required: Role requires 10% travel to multiple manufacturing sites in the Central Region.

Overall Summary
As CNC Programmer, you will create programs for CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software. You will improve and optimize machining processes by reviewing material removal rates for optimum tool life and increased efficiency and ensure successful completion of CNC programming goals set forth by management.
Your duties will include:
* Create and maintain multi-axis CNC programs to produce parts using CAD/CAM software. Experience utilizing Vericut, or UG/MasterCam optimization tools is a plus.
* Experience in developing and implementing solutions in a regulated production manufacturing process.
* Develop CNC machining processes by selecting the chucking device, cutting tools, tool arrangement, and cutting speeds and feeds with emphasis on standardization.
* Perform CNC program prove outs on the machine tool and correct the programs as required.
* Prepare detailed work instructions and supervise machining process validations including operator training. Communicate effectively with Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development Engineering, plant personnel, and individuals outside the company.
* Implement and report cost improvements.
* Assist in the design of jigs, tools, fixtures, and special equipment for CNC applications.
* Ensure compliance with current CNC programming standards and best practices.
* Assist in the selection of new equipment.
* Follow all programming file management procedures, set by the company and/or applicable Quality Specifications to ensure compliance of CNC programs with our Quality Management System.

* Support DC space utilization: Implement strategies to optimize the space utilization, efficient slotting of inbound inventory and minimize handling time. * Develop storage and replenishment strategies for all materials in the warehouse.

Overall Summary
As a Machinist, you will work with tools, fixtures, and machines to manufacture medical devices from setup to operation. A working knowledge of manual machines (i.e., mills, lathes, grinders) and the ability to operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines is utilized to produce large volumes of medical devices made from metals, plastics or other materials.
Your duties will include:
Machinist I:
Operate multiple CNC/Manual machines such as mills and lathes.
Manufacture medical devices that conform to specifications and all Quality Assurance requirements such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, air gages, surface roundness and finish analyzers.
Attain production quotas such as daily goals, team goals, and labor standards.
Complete device history records accurately with minimal errors.
Enter required production data into MicroPort business systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance including area cleaning.
Machinist II:
Set-up and operate multiple CNC/Manual machines such as mills, lathes, and multi-axis CNC's.
Perform auxiliary production operations such as, but not limited to inspection, metal finishing, robot operation, issuing / receiving raw materials and components.
Work with Engineering staff to develop, prove out, and improve production processes.
Communicate with peers, management, and other departments to ensure optimal efficiency is achieved.
Train other machinists in core job duties.
Senior Machinist: (only applies to internal candidates)
Lead 6S projects and implement improvements to the process.
Be proficient in the set up and operation of at least 3 different types of machines in 3 different work centers.
Participate in team events, as well as individually contribute, to improve production efficiencies.
Participate in the interview process for prospective machinists.
Maintain a strong machining knowledge base to ensure optimal performance in any and all areas that present business needs.

Machinists must be able to understand units of measure in both metric and English; must be able to convert between the two. A basic understanding of manufacturing machines, metal deburring, and plastic trimming is required. The ability to use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and other specialty tools used in machining processes is required.
