The Windows SWAS Regional Manager is responsible for regional account management and relationships, business strategy, and customer satisfaction measurements. This position will also provide strategic leadership, operational oversight and sales programs for Windows Store District Managers and Specialists to enable our retail field organization to best achieve its revenue goals and enhance customer experiences. The Windows SWAS Regional Manager will be responsible for setting, evangelizing, and landing clear sales and operational strategies for product sales and Microsoft Services within their assigned territory with coordination of these efforts back to the Microsoft headquarters account teams.

Join the core Hypershield Data Plane team within Cisco's Security Business Group-an industry-first effort redefining how modern distributed security is built. We are engineering the data path for a highly available, AI-designed security fabric that protects applications across public clouds, private data centers, and physical environments.
This team is building segmented firewalling directly in the data plane-a first-of-its-kind innovation not available elsewhere in the industry. Engineers on this team get end-to-end ownership of packet processing systems, deep exposure to DPUs (AMD), NPUs, and P4, and the opportunity to shape foundational architecture in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

**Your Impact**

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

The Lead Electrical Subject Matter Expert will be a part of the Facility Operations team and will lead and manage a team of electrical SMEs who are the data center electrical system technical operations experts. The Lead Electrical Subject Matter Expert will need to have a broad understanding of electrical system and equipment function and will be responsible for procedure-based electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, training, and project oversight.
