Responsibilities * Guide the inhouse Creative Directors, Design Directors, artists and editors, as well as external production houses. * Partner closely with the Advertising team and Commercial Integrated Marketing teams to drive cohesion across the business * Work closely with the channel teams, integrated marketing, and comms teams to deliver meaningful creative for each channel activation. * Interpret quant and qual insights from a variety of sources, including close partnership with Creative Strategists to identify the underlying red-thread that will inform the creative territories and platform. * Articulate the strategic and creative approach to a variety of stakeholders, championing the 'why' and the 'how' for our marketing approach.
