Operational Excellence & Delivery
· Lead execution of daily operational processes using structured methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
· Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Vendor Management ·
Serve as the primary operational liaison to the 3rd-party vendor delivering global compliance and payments operations.
· Ensure the vendor meets SLA and KPI expectations; re-align priorities and coach vendor teams as needed.
· Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively escalate or resolve blockers.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement
· Partner closely with Legal (CELA), Compliance, Ops, Engineering, Product, Finance, and regional teams to drive cohesive execution.
· Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders on operational health, risks, and required actions.
· Establish trusting, collaborative relationships to accelerate decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance Governance
· Support the execution of global regulatory and payment compliance processes.
· Maintain audit-ready workflows, ensuring tasks are completed reliably, accurately, and within regulatory timelines.
· Identify emerging compliance risks and drive operational readiness.
Continuous Improvement
· Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process optimizations and AI/automation opportunities.
· Maintain and refine process documentation, SOPs, and control mechanisms.
· Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational rigor.

* Act as liaison between regional field and physical merchandising teams, understanding the work flows and schedules and helping facilitate global field inputs into various Go-to-Market schedules
* Own the global consolidation of installation and maintenance survey questions, taking inputs from physical and field merch teams to ensure consistency and thorough capturing of all data requirements
* Partner with physical and field merchandising teams on global display feedback to ensure closed loop communication on optimizations / areas of improvement based on compliance reporting in each region
* Drive global and regional consistency for display inventory logic including establishing consistent processes and nomenclature and capturing ability to provide reporting and visibility on parts run rates globally
* Continuously review feature builds for data reporting with Ops team
* Review instructions and execution for multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail
* Aggregate installation schedules globally to drive consistency and visibility with leadership on major program rollouts
