Maintains sales and/or consumption pipeline hygiene to enable tracking to achieve assigned sales metrics using all available tools, resources, and processes. Drives usage and/or consumption pipeline hygiene to actively monitor adoption trends, identify opportunities for intervention, enabling customers to realize the value of solutions purchased, drive expansion, and ensure healthier, more predictable renewals.

Experience in account strategy support, and development and execution of value hypotheses, business cases.

What You'll Do

* Build a robust, qualified pipeline and manage strategic, customer-centric account planning, crafting, owning, and forecasting deals aligned to public sector priorities.

* Initiate and lead sophisticated sales cycles, using support and expertise from internal and external partners, including Pre-Sales, Product Management, Executives, and Industry Global Business Units.

**Client Services Implementation Specialist - Construction and Engineering Regulated Industries** As a Client Services Implementation Specialist within Oracle's Construction and Engineering Regulated Industries, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and optimizing Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) for our clients. **Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) is a leading cloud-based solution designed to streamline and automate the construction billing and payment process. Since 2004, TPM has helped organizations efficiently manage nearly $2 trillion in construction payments, improving collaboration, reducing administrative burden, mitigating risk, and strengthening compliance.** In this role, you will leverage your 4+ years of professional experience to manage all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and execute full-cycle TPM system implementations for clients, with hands-on configuration and expert consulting.
+ Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, define precise requirements, and tailor the TPM solution to their unique operational needs.
+ Manage electronic payment setups, onboarding, and integration processes to enable secure, timely payments.
+ Configure documents and forms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client processes.
+ Deliver effective, comprehensive training-both virtually and onsite-to project teams and end-users to foster solution adoption.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues, identifying root causes and providing technical guidance for sustainable solutions.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
+ 4+ years of hands-on experience with software/system implementation, client consulting, or similar roles-preferably with SaaS or financial technology platforms.
+ Demonstrated experience in system configuration, ACH/payment workflow management, and technical documentation.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience providing training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; able to thrive independently and in cross-functional teams.
+ Construction industry experience or previous work with Oracle TPM is highly valued.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Windows or NT; UNIX experience is a plus.
